Wreck it Ralph was robbed.
Merida is best Disney princess, no competition.
Brave is mother-daughter kino.
She's not brave. Men are brave.
if yeh had a chance to change yer fate, wood yeh?
wot if Brother Bear but for girls
Undeniable evidence of Pixar's Disneyfication. It didn't resemble Pixar at all.
Brave should have been a Disney movie.
Wreck It Ralph should have been a Pixar movie.
Unwatchable. Have never been able to watch the whole thing.
Have caught parts of TV, but never stick it out beyond like 5 minutes.
Tangled is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.
Watched Tangled, felt like every Disney princess movie ever.
This. The battle between Merida and her father was great, too.
That being said,
the title doesn't make that much sense. What is she brave for? Running from home? Having her mother drink some dubious potion?
I enjoyed it.
>What is she brave for?
Female "empowerment" pandering.
I don't care personally, I liked the heck out of it. Nice to have a female protag whose mistakes are central to the plot.
>brave
>uses a bow and arrow
Roasties, when will they learn?
I liked it. The bear bit came out of nowhere, but whatever. It was more interesting to watch a princess movie that doesn't revolve around a romantic plot- I think that's why Frozen was so popular too.
Damn it's not like she can carry a battle axe nigga
disneyworld experience is better than the animation because waifu
Probably Pixar's worst movie. I remember watching it with my then-girlfriend in the theater and thinking it was fine at the time but there also wasn't anything particular about it that I remembered afterwards. I tried to watch it again a few years later and I got so bored that I had to turn it off and do something else.
Fricky Friday with a bear was not so good storywise. The mother should have died
The question is, does the carpet match the drapes?
Pretty bland. Not sad to have watched it, but not a movie I ever think about.
>does the carpet match the drapes?
Of course it does.
This waifu!!
>Be woman
>Use weapons that best cover for your weaknesses
>Kill men
wow what a bunch of stupid idiots women are amirite
I remember it being kinda crap due to the writing being ass. It also wasn't much funny. It's overall an off putting movie.
First motherfuckin post best motherfuckin post. Came here to post this myself.
My ex loved it and got pissed because I thought it was shit
A bow that size would actually take a lot of strength to use. She'd be better off with a nice thin pointed spear.
>Not using an english long bow to the point where people find your skeleton and examine the damage done to your fore-arms
Was he the character for what they based Kylo Ren upon? Why does Rey seem so similar to Merida?
heh
It's entertaining enough.
marketing convinced me this was a princess adventure story, which it wasn't.
>Why does Rey seem so similar to Merida?
The whole movie revolves around Merida fucking up.
The Disney Wars movie so far revolve around Rey being perfect in every way.
haven't seen it but that character design rubs me the wrong way for some reason
I can just imagine her with that fucking "omgsosassy" one-eyebrow-up disney/pixar face
do you think her boyfriend makes her wear the wig?
Made me scratch my head about how a high profile and advertised pixar movie can turn out to be so bad. Last pixar movie I watched before Brave was Toy Story 3 and Wall-E which both blew me away and Wall-E still remains my favorite pixar movie to this day. Note that I haven’t seen any Car movie.
Total shit. The worst pixar movie.
Could have been kino had it just been a Scottish retread of Mulan but instead we got 45 minutes of nothing much then 45 minutes of oops my mum's a bear then it just ends.
Bows are heavy, user. The idea that archers were some scrawny motherfuckers that were put there because they couldn't lift anything heavier is absolutely retarded. Archers needed to be strong as fuck to be able to fire anything.
didn't the english archers have a deformed arms or shoulders or something like that ?
They're English, they were born deformed.
It needs a porno
not exactly 'deformed' they just had a lot of muscle development in their upper backs with big traps, serratus and supraspinatus muscles. It wouldn't have looked obvious until you looked at their bare backs in which case the right side was bigger than the left.
deformed people conquered the world, made Europe it's bitch and modernised every aspect of life in that case.
>deformed people conquered the world, made Europe it's bitch and modernised every aspect of life in that case
Yes but we're not talking about the French.
>it's a Mulan falls for a straight girl... again, episode
youtube.com
you're right my bad
Archers needed strength to draw a bow that could fire reliably and at an appropriate range and force enough to punch through armor.
An English longbow needed a man's entire body weight to operate effectively.
Bows aren't as easy as CG-Legolas would make them look. Any bow a scrawny girl used would be flimsy and weak. Merida would only be able to hurt unarmed peasants.
>Brave is mother-daughter kino.
Not really. The whole "turn her mother into a bear" plotline was shitty. Just have her and her mother be out alone with a bear hunting them and have them have some bonding time together with the daughter saving the mother
If I take it off, will she die?
Shit film
However thanks to this film you now have more redheaded women running around Disney world like
shows
