It's biggest downfall is trying to be The Walking Dead when it should have gone full hog on the absurdity and just had it be about Mystery Incorporated solving episodic capers in a post-apocalyptic world: Mad Max meets the Pink Panther
Look at the flow of this whiffed opportunity:

2 issues of them being trapped in a supermarket
2 issues of them being trapped in a hospital
And so on with Daphne repeating the same tired accusations (highlighting this repetition does little to retroactively make them entertaining).
