What the fuck was his problem?

What the fuck was his problem?

he was probably a Sup Forums poster

he hated normies

The same problem that every other white male suffers from..

He actually probably coulda gotten with that qt IRL if he wasn’t such a psychopath.

>no one else who watched it notices his hair grows back in his fantasy world

but i did

He was a beta faggot and everyone knew it.

That and that one black chick shit talked him immediately which he didn't deserve.

He was a bullied nerd in the real world so he took on the role as bully in his world. One massive power trip

>Is a loser pussy in real life
>Is a sadistic tough guy online

Sup Forums personified

He was just playing a video game, he didn't actually hurt anyone IRL

My best friend is a programmer with a receding hairline and got major feels that the guy made an avatar of himself with a Norwood 1

has anyone made an edit of the black mirror logo with the thinking emoji

he did nothing wrong, NPCs aren't people

he could have picked a better show to larp

>no virtual rape dungeon

pathetic

Chad was already going to bang her in front of his beta face
The moment to not being a psycho was lost before he even met her.

He was spastic Matt Damon

It seems weird how horrified and angry his crew was, considering that he didn't actually demand much and only mistreated them when they didn't play along

All he wanted was to act out space fantasies and cheer for him

He got killed irl by his own created NPCs , kek, what loser

His eyes are too small.

It bothers me.

The only thing he did wrong was virtually torturing a child. Other than that, it’s not like he raped the crew or anything. It’s not like he forced them into some horror game. They just had to put up with his lame adventures and got unlimited free booze. It’s not like it would have been forever, just 30 years or so until he died.

Tfw you realize his eyes are normal sized, it's everything else that's too big

It's not like he even raped them, he didn't even include their genitals

>It seems weird how horrified and angry his crew was

How empty and pathetic does your life have to be to think that is weird

>It’s not like it would have been forever, just 30 years or so until he died.

Sure about that? They seemed to be alive when he wasn't even in the game/server so wouldn't they just be left in limbo forever if he died in the real world?

>he dies
>electricity no longer paid for, gets shut off
>some relative sells the apartment/all of shit in it for a quick buck
Boom, they’re dead

Well shit, so the same thing happens with the game servers then? Eventually the game will die out and the servers will go offline? Bit of a bleak ending to be honest

>they get shut off
>they aren't aware the simulation has stopped because awareness of this isn't programmed

Looked like it was just styled different to be honest, they definitely made him look as much as a loser irl as possible so I guess they styled his irl hair to look as receding as possible in contrast to his better version

>Trapped in a procedurally generated universe
>It's no mans sky

Nothing because this kind of person doesn't exist.
Mixing the stereotype of "meek person who takes their frustration out on the internet" and "power abusing boss" makes no sense.

>if he wasn’t such a psychopath.
He made a video game.

He didn't have enough failsafe mechanics in his game, and didn't code in a feature that cripples the hands of any NPC attempting to use his magic controller.

I'd kill myself too if I were forced to play that

How much does it bother you now?

absolutely embarrassing

He's a fucking larping faggot just like (you)

Why is the ship's captain 23 years old?

he was your average white male virgin
and what a surprise, that's the most hated black mirror episode around here.

That's how I go to sleep, it's some scifi shit like that.
Thanks for a new twist Black Mirror.

>Main character Robert Daly has an unhappy life, where he does not receive credit for co-founding his company and is mocked by workplace colleagues.[2] The episode begins with the Hollywood trope of a socially awkward man meeting a younger woman who appreciates his intelligence. Viewers initially side with Daly, but instead of the pair falling in love, we learn of Daly's true nature.[1] As the Captain of USS Callister, he abuses his position of power, forcing his crewmates to act as opposites of themselves, such as Walton going from Daly's superior to his underling.[9] Similar to an internet bully, Daly does not seem to care about the pain he is inflicting to the virtual clones,[3] treating them as action figures.[9]

>According to critics, Daly fits an archetype of white males who participate in prejudiced online echo chambers due to ostracisation in real life and a sense of entitlement,[7] or of a nerd who becomes a bully after being the victim of bullying.[9] Charles Bramesco of Vulture notes that despite the fact that Robert never actually rapes any of the female members of the crew, he exhibits psychological traits associated with rape culture.[9] Tristram Fane Saunders of The Telegraph calls the episode "a sharp attack on an entire genre of male-driven narrative" and equates Daly's sexist fantasy involving his attractive younger coworker with the Harvey Weinstein sexual abuse allegations.[1] Sara Moniuszko of USA Today makes the same comparison, linking how Daly kisses female crew members and threatens the crew when they disobey him to Weinstein's alleged abuse.[10]

What did critics mean by this?

If the crewmembers weren't tortured in this, then the guy in White Christmas wasn't tortured either (not Jon Hamm, the Brit)

>As the Captain of USS Callister, he abuses his position of power, forcing his crewmates to act as opposites of themselves, such as Walton going from Daly's superior to his underling

I love this so much, nobody seems to get that Walton isn't SUPPOSED to be Daly's superior, he's supposed to be his equal, or even less, he's just a fucking soft-skills partner while Daly (while an awkward shy beta) is supposed to be a semi-genius visionary auteur who's work is literally the only reason the company can exist
The whole interaction is just him getting a sadistic kick out of making things the way they should be because he's too supplicating and submissive to do it in real life where it actually matters

He's at his prime. atime where he should be fucking 20 year old 9/10s but hes with a woman thats cute, but past her prime and older than him.so no, it doesnt bother me.

As for uss callister. it shouldve ended with them going through the blackhole and coming back to daly's mod. this time with their sex organs intact. OR with the real life girl feeling sorry for daly and letting him know someone was blackmailing her.

>>no virtual rape dungeon
this is exactly what I was thinking the entire episode.

WOT IF DNA DLC?
