>good boss >smart >dedicated his life to give others enjoyment >bullied IRL, everybody walks over him every day for no reason >he takes out his frustration in a video game instead of hurting real people
how fucking reddit do you have to be in order to come to the conclusion that he deserved to die?
Joshua Kelly
being a pathetic beta deserves only punishment
Brandon Campbell
This Black Mirror shit is such good bait it never fails to get dozens of replies. Better than dog torture.
Brayden Peterson
>be a pathetic cuck that lets everyone else take credit for your own achievements >never stand up for yourself >never grow the balls to do anything in real life >instead take your frustrations out in a fantasy world >never fix your life He deserved to have his brain melted. The weak should fear the strong
Samuel Gray
Where does 'deserved' come into it? He did dumb shit got killed as a result. It's not like people found out what he was doing and said he should get the death penalty
Aiden Edwards

Jose Myers
Where did this meme come from? Is it actually from the episode? I did step away for like 2-3 minutes while watching so I probably missed it.
Jose Walker
>>good boss meh boss, and easily forgettable >>smart not gonna argue with you there >>dedicated his life to give others enjoyment seems like he was interested more in his own gain >>bullied IRL, everybody walks over him every day for no reason clingy people often get shunned >>he takes out his frustration in a video game instead of hurting real people if it didn't make a difference, he would go for simulations, but he went as far as create a gizmo that completely 'clones' people and puts them in a virtual game, so he know it's as good as torturing them irl (to him and anyone who argues cookies are people'
In what way is he a good boss? Daly is literally freaked out by not being friends with everybody. Bosses don't care about being besties with their employees, they're there to get shit done
Thomas Garcia

What kind of VR thing lets you fucking die like that?
Carson Miller
He didn't deserve to die but torturing AI that's has feelings indistinguishable from a living person is still morally grey.
Aiden Flores
He deserved to die, not for >muh they're people too but for getting outsmarted like that and choosing to play some shitty space game over Titty Waifu Infinite Fetish Simulator 9000 or whatever.
Lucas Powell
The writers realized he could just go get more samples to replace the stolen ones. So they had to make up some permanent way to end the threat. Although that doesn't explain why none of the virtual people thought of the idea of him just going to get more samples, as it completely ruins their plan and killing him was accidental.
Yeah. It's retarded.
Charles Thompson
Because the entire fucking point of every black mirror episode is that the final digital being is more than the sum of the lines of code in it, and their sentience is on the same level of a human. I'm not saying I agree with it, but that's the premise that it expects you to accept in order to make judgements on the outcomes of each episode.
Nicholas Hughes
It would be hard to get a kid's DNA with no questions asked. 1. The kid won't go to the office all the time. 2. The kid who is rarely in the office is rarely going to leave half-eaten foods/cups. 3. I doubt Daly gets invited to hang out with Walton's family, further reducing his opportunities. They were mostly concerned with Walton's son, getting their DNA was an afterthought, and perhaps a statement to Daly, who would HAVE to question why in a relatively well furnished apartment were ONLY those things stolen (had he survived). If he didn't question that he would not be the genius everyone thought he was.
Tyler Wilson
What kind of a moron misses that part of the show?
Adrian White
I bet you thought tamagotchis had feelings too you doublenigger
Julian Diaz
DUDE HE'S A BAAAAAAD GUY BECAUSE HE "HURT" COMPUTER CODE LMAO
Aaron Baker
>just because your computer program happens to be fucking magical and goes against any logic that's your fault
okay buddy
Easton Brown
it would have been fine if the characters in the video games weren't experiencing the torment of purgatory and having to act out his fantasies.
basically if they didn't experience emotion, he would be free to do what he likes to them because they would be NPCs and not simulated consciousness.
Angel Wilson
So... they started having orgies the minute they got their genitals back, right?
