Training day

Has Antoine Fuqua ever topped this?

never trust a white boi

Tears of the Sun is pretty good.

Shiet I thought Ayer directed Training Day. Guess he only wrote it. Harsh Times and Street Kings are just as good imo.

Rewatched it today, amazing flick. Not a single boring moment, it simply commands your attention.

flicks were pretty good back in the day

If it did, wouldn't you be asking this question with a different movie?

No, he did not.

I actually own it, but like this movie I haven't seen it in some time.

Denzel did nothing wrong here

Because they weren’t done by SJW, white autist nerds, BLM niggers or feminist.

Training Day is one of only three movies I saw more than once in the theater, the others being Independence Day and TDK.

If Antoine and David where up to the task I'd love to see a prequel showing Alonzo's origins and how he became so twisted.

Didn’t he kill a Russian monster, then his friends money and kill him. Great villain.

ummm what?
you didn't watch bladerunner in the imax 5 times for the bvvvrom?

i thnjk he kel gte guty an partner jull him edead

I didn't like how ethan hawke would have 100% died if he wasn't such a honorable white guy who helps little girls

Name better Denzel performance

hm

I saw this movie yesterday. It was like Bright only with normal people instead of Elves and Orcs.

burning man

I honestly can't, before this movie he'd mostly done the hero, stepping into the shoes of a sociopathic corrupt detective is about a far cry from his normal role as you can get.

He killed a Russian gangster in a Vegas casino over a table bet or something. He whacked out a long time snitch or informant and took his life savings to pay off the Russian mob. Great villain.

I love the rest of Denzel's crooked cop rampart squad. It's like character actor heaven.

harsh times is so fucking good. it's comfy and quotable as fuck

>he also wrote the first the fast and the furious

The more you know

Too old

And I think he's done with action-ish flicks. Tho he could keep doing Liam Neeson old action movies for the next 20 years and I see everyone.

You almost had me.

Look it up on wiki

>a prequel showing Alonzo's origins and how he became so twisted.

"Don't do it, Alonzo. I have the high ground!"
