Yeah pretty cool. Bet a lot of the VFX like the snowfall is actually pretty easy to add. Was actually an extra on the show for a few days and the attention to detail in set design and amount of takes was just downright insane. Glad it got at least another season.

Depends on the state, but here I followed the handful of casting agencies on facebook and signed up to their email lists. A big production like this they use thousands of extras over months of shooting, and a ton of young male roles (FBI, guards, prisoners, etc.), so chances of getting booked for a couple of days was pretty high.

I'm not the biggest fan of this sort of subtle CGI editing. I feel like it adds up to the already unrealistic depiction of our world, escapism is hell of a drug and coming back to this gray, grim reality can be depressive if every form of entertainment is just escapism.
