The problem was that in the midst of Adult Swim taking a lot of heat from Turner over Lazzo's "women aren't funny comments", you had this show whose creator was acting fucking retarded online in response to some usual Buzzfeed bullshit. Which only egged on his retarded fans to do more of the same.

It wasn't even an internal AS decision to cancel the show. It came from higher ups at Turner who didn't like that bullshit being associated with their "brand". It was just bad press.
