does apu have multiple personality disorder?

spooky image

the matrix is what it is due to keanu. had will smith been in it, the movie would've never been taken seriously. after all, it's a classic white man escapist fantasy.

>apu
he doesn't look indian to me

Is this the first time Will Smith has ever worn flannel on screen? It looks fucking weird.

>white man escapist fantasy
but Keanu looks more asian than white

I fucking loved Bright, had some really shitty pacing, but it was fucking fun.

ah. Another kino that went unnotticed because mah critics.
I saw this one movie "Bad Ass 2" on TV. that was fun as fuck too. clrearly not critic fodder.
So it seems a bad rated movie can be fun and enjoyable time.
But what if you saw this in the theaters tho, user. Would you feel totally fucked

great concept, less than average story. It was also really fucking cheesy with some of the shit it pulled with 'epic' music in dramatic scenes like the resurrection one. Just play it straight, fantasy in a real world, don't try to jump into high fantasy for a moment then expect us to mood ourselves back into a cop drama

>But what if you saw this in the theaters tho, user. Would you feel totally fucked
What is up with the myth that this movie wouldn't have held up well on the silver screen? It looks better than capeshit.

The film was alright, something I'll probably never watch ever again.

It felt half-hour too long and my biggest gripe with it was some of the dialogue. Some lines felt cringe as fuck, starting with the "quote" shown in the very beginning

I saw a movie months ago. It was the Ryan Reynolds and SLJackson movie. It was next to godawful for me in the theatres. If it was on TV and I felt I could switch the station any time I wouldn't have minded it. perhaps the paying money and sitting in the movie theatre to see it aspect makes me want a higher standard for movies in theatres. i d k

I thought it was too short and they had to rush through the plot points to make a semi-cohesive story.

Would have been an awesome mini-series instead of a one-off movie.

What's it from?

I liked it. One big problem for me the entire time was how heavy-handed it was being with themes. I felt like it was trying to hold my fucking hand the whole time. Is this what kids watch now, or are the people watching this considered to be at the level of children?
