It's 8100 pages long. But you can't judge it by normal webcomic length. The majority of "pages" are a single panel. Most panels have no dialog. Some are animated, but nothing long or complicated. Just gifs.
But...
Some pages contain long conversations between characters, presented in the form of chat logs. (since the characters are usually half a world away or further and communicate through computers) Some pages contain minutes-long flash animation with accompanying music. Some of those flashes are presented as interactive "games" and are basically the "walk around and talk to people" part of an RPG, and usually contain a bunch of dialog. Some people complain about the amount of dialog in homestuck (~875000 words) but the dialog is where all the characters development happens as well as most of the jokes. There's also several full length albums available containing music from the comic as well as a ton of unused tracks made by the music team or remixes/mashups/etc of used tracks. There's also Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff, a comic-within-a-comic which is "made" by one Homestuck's main characters (SBaHJ is short though, it's like 50 comics maybe?). And then there's Problem Sleuth, the comic that preceeds Homestuck which is done in the same style but is only about 1900 pages long and is almost universally considered to be good. And there's an epilogue promised which is supposed to tie up the loose threads left by Homestuck's shitty ending. And there's "post-canon content" on like snapchat or something which is dubiously canonical but is "official" and takes place after the story or something. And there's a game coming out never which takes place in the same universe and has similar themes but isn't directly tied to the story in any way.

Yeah, this is what killed the webcomic to me at least. There was just too much talking with too little progress. Not to mention that all of the trolls had different ways of speaking which sometimes became quite annoying when several of them were talking at the same time and the humor wasn't for me. The bucket scenes were good though.
