Kotor had pretty bland aesthetics overall, but Revan's was a brilliant design. Having him as a Monk/Crusading knight was a genius idea.

I also liked their idea of ancient Mandalorians.
The fact their armour went from to pic related is a pretty good reflection of how real world armour started to be reduced to strike plate design over full coverage

The canon book Aftermath and it's sequels has interludes where we see that his suit survived the Sarlacc but is now being worn by an entirely different individual.

Chances are he's dead and the suit was all that was recovered. Unless he willingly got rid of his armor which seems unlikely

From the late 80's to early 00's EA was a great company. It wasn't until the advent of DLC's and paid content that they really started to turn to shit. Mass Effect 3 was the final nail in the coffin for me as a fan of EA's work. Been boycotting them ever since. My heart sank when I heard Disney granted them exclusive rights to the Star Wars IP for the next decade.

Doubtful he's dead, how else would they get the suit? It seems like they're setting up a redemption storyline for Boba to get back on top, but as an anti-hero because this is disney.

No. They just fucked over companies more than the consumer in their early days. off the top of my head, Westwood, Bullfrog and Origin got royally fucked, which is why the Ultima and Wing Commander went to shit. C&C got by on Red Alert before it too got fucked.
