I never felt that the rule 63 costume of Supes and Batman actualy reflected how female Super Heroes usually look like.
I did some edits here of some designs that I think would be more likely if Supes had always being a women in comics.

Oh goody! So I'm trying to write a story about Bruce and Clara, and I'm trying to visualize her just right, and my own sketches just ain't cutting it. But, here's what I have in mind:
Superwoman in traditional Superman garb with PowerGirl-esque proportions (I'll leave the breast size up to you), and her hair like Earth 11 Supes. She's looking out a window from the watchtower, staring at Earth with a warm smile.
Don't feel like you have to follow my description of her, though. I'm flexible. Just trying to get a picture for myself to guide my direction a bit.
