There are like three different outcomes for him finally losing his fairies.

One was when he turns 11 or something. Another was when he hit 18. And the live action movie was he was like 21 or something and kept them because he was acting like a manchild.

don't forget that Vicky has been shown to be extremely submissive in relationships when she truly loves the person, such as with Ricky in "The Odd Couple," I suppose she remains dominant in this pairing because it's Timmy, but it could change with time.

Eh, in the past she's been shown when she gets obsessively in love with someone she doesn't take their feelings into consideration (or more generously, doesn't notice them) before dragging them off to do something she thinks is fun
I don't think she'd intentionally be mean, but I also can't see her not unintentionally being mean at times hence why I think it's best if she stays mean/dominant but it takes on a playful nature and is mostly presented as something Timmy/Timmantha starts enjoying in a sub/dom sense rather than being sadistic and cruel


I will admit to letting my own tastes flavor how I see her relationship with Timmantha/Timmy but in the past when she's fallen in love with Timmy she usually isn't submissive towards him, or when she does act submissive towards him it tends to cause more problems then her taking charge would
