We absolutely need our movie to be kino
Seriously, the goose is such a great actor, and somehow his characters feel so relatable. Easily one of the best in Hollywood. Seems like a true bro
is he autistic?
>tfw ran out of goosekino
a sad day
>dreadfully distinct
the goose is more than a simple guy, he's already a jungian archetype
god bless him and his kino skills
and a real hero
zero range, shit actor
I see him as a real human
shh, don't ruin it for the soy boys
>the actress DEMANDS her male costar to be packing at least an 8x8 white anaconda
calls OP pic
Are there any pictures of him as a duck?
>we need a new batman that will blow the old ones out of the water
>I know just the guy
>we need seth rogan but he's busy
>I know just the guy

I sometimes imagine myself going on a date with Ryan Gosling, and I get really nervous about it, afraid I'll embarrass myself in front of him. Is this normal?
>Newfag redditor general
imagine being a shittier, less likeable version of a shitty, unlikeable actor
Why does a 10/10 alpha male only play autists? What's his endgame?
I hate his fucking voice so much.
real human bean
TAKE IT OFF
>implying he isn't a kinosseur trapped in a 10/10 alpha male body
he truly is living the life
i want the goose to facefuck me
>A challenger appears
>The rover
>Lost city of Z
>Good time
Is he the heir to the throne?
i always considered that goose was a discount gyllenhaal
>used the Twilight movies to get his name plastered into the heads of impressionable little girls across the world
>he's now starring in kino and converting a whole generation of girls to patricias
based
gyllenhaal is good at playing creeps and psychopaths
goose is good at playing autists
This.
Blasphemy.
It's tough for me to reconcile but yea, I believe he his.
Yup. Don't forget Cosmopolis
Baby goose seems like such a genuinely nice guy.
You see interviews where he just can't stop laughing, and it's such genuine laughter.
Or when he is doing skits, and can't stop laughing at the comedians he is acting with.
He's just a guy who is having a blast being an actor.
>zero range
He has a decent range. His performance in Lars and the Real Girl is totally different to his comedic role in the Nice guys for example.
Two polar opposites. And he somehow makes a plot that sounds ridiculous on paper (lars and the real girl) very emotionally touching and sincere.
I saw Ryan Gosling at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
>tfw Goose is one of the biggest forces in making autism cute to women
Doing Gods work
So I learned that kino is just german for film.
What's the deal with using this term to describe good films?
It's a meme
I absolutely hated the guy until I saw him in How to Be, Water for elephants, and a few other films where I realised he is actually pretty good.
dishonest actor
Is there a version of this where he's incredibly nice to the person instead?
...
Didnt forget just didnt think it was good but he still gets points for working with a kino director
what makes you think that, honestly? or are you just shitposting
He's great, but not all of his movies are kino. Only God Forgives is unwatchable garbage.
Check out Good Time if you haven't yet. Movie is great, but it relies heavily on how gritty his performance is.
>Only God Forgives is unwatchable garbage.
found the soyboy
>We absolutely need our movie to be kino
>I just know the guy
It's on my list. Need to sit down and blast through a load at some point, because the list keeps getting bigger.
Fukken /thread
I watched Drive and Blade Runner today for the first time back to back. I liked Drive. I thought it was good. But I have to be honest, I only understood about half of Blade Runner.
Why didn't the main villain die? How did Joe know the girl in the bubble was the guys daughter? Why was the villains assistant clearly going rouge at some parts, but still helping the villain to the end. Why did she kiss him? Why were they talking about joining a rebellion at one point, and then nothing comes from it afterwards. Why did he have to be a clone of the girl? What was the purpose of that? And most importantly, why is his profession called "Blade Runner"? That makes zero sense. What does "Blade Runner" have to do with anything that happened or was implied to happen before the movie?

Is there a movie that he's in that isn't kino?
>ywn have an in-house hair stylist to hide your receding hairline on the daily like gosling
Oh and Gangster Squad was also bad.
Those are his only 2 movies that I dislike though
To be fair he has been in quite a few kinos
i wasn't being ironic
Seduced and Abandoned is merely cinéma and doesn't quite attain the kinographic heights of the rest of his œuvre
Only God Forgives is a joint
>He has a decent range. His performance in Lars and the Real Girl is totally different to his comedic role in the Nice guys for example.

I loved his character in the big short. He was pretty funny
watch The Nice Guys
Also, since when do you need to have range to give a good performance? Harrison Ford wouldn't make a good villain, Christoph Waltz wouldn't make a good superhero. Doesn't make them shit actors.
>watch lars and the real girl
>lars is less autistic than me
Yes.
He is pretty great in everything I have seen him in to be fair.
His performances are very consistent, whether it's chad, autist, or comedic private investigator. His more serious roles are great as well.
>we need a strong male sidekick
>I know just the right guy

I still need to watch that flick where she plays a hitman that gets turned into a girl.
Will you post it?
No

OGF and Song to Song are the only kino hes been in. Everything else is flick to movie tier
The in-universe explanation is that Blade Runner is an anglicized corruption of the German "Bleibruhiger" (someone who makes things stay quiet basically). The main villain didn't die because he didn't have to. Just wouldn't have really fit in an already long movie. I don't remember Luv ever going rogue or anything and she kissed him because she's emotionally immature. When K first interacted with her she hit on him very obviously and he completely ignored her advances. She didn't like being told no and took the kiss as an immature way of prooving that she gets what she wants. He knew she was Deckard's daughter because she was implanting the orphanage memory that turned out to be real. Also he had to be her clone to throw any possible future investigations off the scent. The rebellion sub plot is in a similar vain to the Wallace thing, it wouldn't really fit in BR2049 both in terms of time or theme (plus it leaves material for any possible sequels).
toothfu
with a statement like that, you probably meant to post a picture of Jake Gyllenhaal.
times you were like the Connie?

>cosmopolis

He is the king
Out ran the cops a few times, that's about it
who is the best autist?
Gosling Patterson or Hardy?
This is actually accurate lmao
I'm feeling generous today, kid. So I'll spoonfeed you just this once.
Here on Sup Forums we have a hierarchy of cinematic worth. At the very highest rung of that ladder is the kino, a grand and unprecedented cinematic achievement. Next is cinema, which retains the same level of thematic worth as kino but lacks some finer points. Next is film, then movie, then the hated flick, a base and reckless abandonment of the conventions of quality moviemaking, and not in a good way.
Wasn't he in that Hollywood self-wankery La La Land? Proof he isn't quite infallible.
JACKED TO THE TITS
it's a meme off this image
>Why didn't the main villain die?
The main villain did die. Wallace isn't the main villain.
>How did Joe know the girl in the bubble was the guys daughter?
Because the memory of the wooden horse that ties to Rachael, Deckard and Sapper is hers.
>Why did she kiss him?
Because Luv suffers from alienation, insecurity and desire for external validation and love as much as the other characters in this world.
>Why were they talking about joining a rebellion at one point, and then nothing comes from it afterwards.
Because it's not the point of the story, it's window dressing for the setting and a small contributor to K's personal growth.
>Why did he have to be a clone of the girl? What was the purpose of that?
What?
Daily reminder to watch Song to Song for it is Kino
>we need a famous actor that will work for half a pack of menthols, a $5 Subway voucher, and a handful of expired condiment packets
>I know just the guy
Any movies in 2018 with the Goose?
he was in entourage and it was shit.
>We nee-
>Uh sir? He already finished his scenes.
First Man, Neil Armstong biopic, cast is pure kino.
Is this pasta? The detail of this story makes me uncomfortable
...
Guess I'll be seeing it.
>we need someone to play a guy
>I know just the man
Also she cried watching what we thought was K's memories, when really she was crying because they were hers.
>tfw Goose will star as an autistic Neil Armstrong in his upcoming biopic film
yeah it's pasta, he just switched [Generic Famous Celebrity] with goose
