season 1-3 are great. The first half of season 4 is slow as molasses and only gets redemed by the final few episodes involving Gus's backstory/death. I refuse to even acknowledge season 5 as canon in my mind.

The first half of five. Felt like the show gained a ton of new momentum and was finally headed to new places with Walt becoming the villain instead of an anti-hero. Of course we know it was just being rushed to the ending but it still felt good at the time.
