everything by lovecraft and kafka

Brave New World

The Drowned World
None. Movies need to stand on their own and stop taking stuff from other sources.
I love Kafka, but Metamorphosis would be atrocious if it was adapted into a movie. Kafka himself didn't even want the ungeheures Ungeziefer illustrated in/on the book
It also doesn't have a real plot. Some things just don't work as film
If you've read this book it actually sort of sucks. "What a whimsical day it was for our loveable protagonist Tommy Tucker woke up with a cock on his head! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? A COCK ON HIS HEAD! Unfortunately he took too cold of a shower and the cock got frost bite and fell off his head! Then he choked on a peanut!"
Literally THE Kafka not to adapt
>t. brainlet
Literally impossible
>adopted
you pitiful brainlet
...
>when you realize the sister is the one metamorphosing
Now this is interesting. Would thi be possible in any single way anons?
I would love to see something from Borges too, but it's as hard as Joyce to adapt.
It was the year when they finally immanentized the Eschaton.
I wouldn't mind seeing adaptions of really gross extreme horror novels, something that would upset people. Maybe something like The Teratologist or Population Zero (which has a tree-hugging vegan who ultimately ends up going postal in a woman and child shelter).
Fun shit.
The one where a banker gets accused of something but he has no idea what
its like a cohen movie
This
