The first two seasons were great. Kinda schlocky at times, but at its best it was something like Six Feet Under with scalpels.

Most of s3 was good, but the resolution to the Carver storyline was retarded.

4 was good for the most part, though it had that future episode which was probably the worst thing the show ever did (or second only to the reality-tv episode).

S5 is a mixed bag. Most of it is terrible, but there's the subplot with Bradley Cooper and Teddybear lady that are good to watch.

S6 is complete bullshit. The ending of the series felt actually kinda appropiate and fitting (except for that wanker Matt, but honestly he never caught a break so it makes sense even on his ending he gets shit on) but it felt like it came two seasons too late.

Yeah. Carver raped some of his victims (including Christian). So when they were sure Quentin was the carver he revealed he had no dick. But later another victim revealed he raped her with a toy and Quentin was suspect again.

All I can remember about it was some kid being bullied for not being circumcised and trying to do the op on himself.
