FROM MY POINT OF VIEW SAND IS EVIL
Everything after empire is non canon
>tfw watched Clone Wars 2003 and 2008 then watched the entire prequel trilogy
makes it a kino experience. seeing anakin fall after all his heroics in the clone wars was pretty sad.
Would Anakin have been literally unstoppable if he didn't get crippled?
ROTS comes before empire, fagget
dumb ot fag.
LAIAR
From my point of view the McGreggors are evil
>not understanding release dates
>fan of a dead franchise
>thinks its wrong to point out there are only 2 good movies in said franchise
>Disney cancelled TCW just when it was hitting its stride
>the series finale would have taken place during ROTS
>there were 3 planned arcs focusing on Ahsoka after she left the Jedi
>Five years later and there are still 36 episodes that have not been released in any form despite being completely written out
Never forgive, never forget
>YOU'VE TURNED HER AGAINST ME!
>YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOURSELF!
truly the worst thing Disn*y has done to the Star Wars franchise. Fuck them.
Full potential Anakin would have been stronger than the Mortis beings. It would be interesting to know what Sheev's plan for Vader was had he not been severely injured.
RotJ is good you spaz.
>but muh ewoks
Literally the only remotely controversial thing in the movie, and they're not even that bad a story element, just a little too mary sue-ish with the implementation.
I was always curious about this as well. I wonder if Grand Master Luke would have been able to defeat full potential Anakin.
>both conor and ewan cheated
pure coincidence.
This one is easy. Anakin easily bests Luke in light saber combat, but Luke wasn’t really there, and says “see you around, dad”, then fades away and dies.
This basically. Anakin > Father > ( both Son+Daughter simultaneously ) > Luke > Palpatine > Yoda > rest
I really loved his look in ROTS.
No homo.
>Yoda > rest
>ranking yoda this highly
>t. yoda
you little green faggot you lost literally every duel we've seen you in
He clearly overmatched Dooku and stalemated Sidious
Sheev gets BTFO

Well I was referring to the EU, back when Luke was the strongest Jedi and no one even came close to him.
Who the fuck is Father? The villain from Kids Next Door?
Lucas is really brilliant at having characters subtly say things that inform the viewer. No one watching the prequels would know that Palpatine is evil without Obi Wan subtly implying it by saying "Palpatine is evil!"
If you think that's the worst thing Disney has done to Star Wars, you haven't seen the Last Jedi.
No. He couldn't even beat Obi-Wan.
From my point of view, the Jedi are evil.
To be fair, he had the high ground.
I mean he isn't wrong
Where is that bitch during ROTS?
Who cares? Fuck shit wars.
...
FROM MY POINT OF VIEW A GIRL NAMED REY CAN STOP HIM IF SHE WANTED TO
Well, being impulsive and dumb is part of what made Anakin stoppable. He would still have been impulsive and dumb had he not gotten crippled. All the more strange that Lucas wants us to believe that this guy turned into the eloquent, contemplative Vader.
nah hes has alot of potential but is too arrogant
I hope you're prepared for an unforgettable punching
Isn't she the one that died like a bitch in the Avatar forest during the Order 66 montage?
The only interesting character was General Grievous, and they killed him pretty much the second he was introduced.
What's interesting about an evil robot?
She was on Mandalore.
>droid
>actual intelligence, cunning, slayer of jedi
>trained in lightsaber combat, wielded four at once
I'm not a huge fan of Star Wars, but I loved his character back when I watched the original six movies. He just got written off way too quickly
>the original six movies
>original six
>six
They were all under Georde Lucus, ao they were the original six. He had them all thought out, but released 4-6 first. He didn't think of 1-3 later.
>All the more strange that Lucas wants us to believe that this guy turned into the eloquent, contemplative Vader.
The only thing rogue one was actually good for was making this somewhat believable
>actually liking the worst star wars film (V)
>he's a "George 'Supergenius' Lucas plotted out the prequels 20 years in advance" fag
nevermind i don't know why i bothered
He was still dumb and impulsive as Vader, from force-choking his own guys to throwing Sheev off a balcony.
It's a pretty ridiculous theory considering how much better II and III are compared to all the other Star Wars films, only IV comes close.
...
Obi wan was outclassed the whole fight. Rewatch it and notice how obi wan baits akakin, plays defensively, doesnt rush to attack. He wins only through his experience and wits not from his raw talent or power.
But intelligence is part of being powerful. Anakin might perhaps have been unstoppable if he had been smart, but he wasn't.
>eloquent, contemplative Vader.
>chokes out officers constantly, gets called out for being a complete loose cannon mad dog by enemies and allies alike
Vader was always an impulsive asshole doing literally whatever was emotionally satisfying at the exact moment without a care for the future consequences.
Yes i agree with you. Anakin was more powerful but obi-wan won from his intelligence that made him a better fighter but was still not anywhere near raw anakins level.
she left the order so probably somewhere in the outer rim
*raw power. My bad was trying to make the distinction between skill and strength.
Yeah but the problem is we never see that. We can easily see how Obiwan baits him and outmaneuvers him but assuming that Anakin had some latent overwhelming strength is just headcanon
At the start of the film Obi wan gets destroyed by dooku but anakin beats him handily and kills him. Dooku was said to be one of the finest lightsabre duelists of the jesi order on par or second only to mace windu. Illustrates clearly at a raw level anakin is more powerful but obiwan being more experienced and intelligence was able to use the enviornment of mustafar to tip the tides.
Obi-wan won for 4 reasons:
1) He trained Anakin and fought alongside him for years, so Anakin had no tricks up his sleeve that Obi-wan wouldn't have seen coming. Obi-wan, however, might have had learned some moves from Qui-gon that he chose not to teach Anakin out of fear that one day the latter would become the wild card others suspected he was.
2) Anakin may have been subconsciously holding back during the duel. We know from his "don't make me kill you" line that he'd at least entertained the possibility of letting Kenobi live despite orders from Sheev.
3) Obi-Wan's superior experience, clearheadedness, and (let's face it) intelligence.
4) Anakin's impetuousness/overconfidence, which caused him to make an unforced error with his turbo boost leap (when he could easily have traveled further down the lava stream, gotten on land, and doubled-back to regain equal footing with Obi-wan).
From my point of view the goyim are evil
You nu-wars plebs can't be serious. The whole fight is just an excuse for showing CGI. There is no actual swordsmanship or fighting tactics displayed in any of the star wars films. At one point they are just spinning their lightsabers around not even trying to hit eachother.
the force in flesh
I only liked the 2003 one
