Who was the best Jeanne D'arc?

Who was the best Jeanne D'arc?

Black Jeanne D'Arc when? We all know she was actually a strong queen

This one.
t. Anglo

The one on the right is an absolute QT

...

AND IT"S EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW

beautiful

i love diversity

WE

It's about time

It's OK for black actors to portray white characters, but racist for white actors to portray PoC. Here's why:

is the third from the left a man?
cause it vaguely looks like that one dyke that saved his piss for an art exhibit or whatever

>is the third from the left a man?
You tell me...

NOUS

It's fucking theater. Jesus Christ how many times have we had this argument? Theater has been gender and race bending for a couple thousand years now. There's a reason they're called "plays".

This one.

how'd they turn THAT into the man in the op?
let me guess, the jews are behind that movie?

ETIONS

FRANÇAIS

but not until recent years has it been an enforced celebration to have black actors play white characters. the pic is funny because it's an obvious YASSS DIVERSITY post.

Hamilton is celebrated as so progressive but if you had an all-white cast do a black story then it would be witch hunted before you could get it to dress. even if you had a white guy play Frederick Douglass or something, it would be attacked. but a black woman playing Joan of Arc is YASSS. that's the double standard.

Better than the non-alter I guess, but anime Jeanne's are always shit

if that's a man than I'm queer. I'm gay. I'm homosexual. I'm a poof, I'm a poofter, I'm a ponce. I'm a bumboy, baddieboy, backside artist, bugger. I'm bent. I am that arsebandit. I lift those shirts. I'm a faggot-ass, fudge-packing, shit-stabbing uphill gardener. I dine at the downstairs restaurant, I dance at the other end of the ballroom. I'm Moses and the parting of the red cheeks. I fuck and I am fucked. I suck and I am sucked. I rim them and wank them, and every single man's had the fucking time of his life.

It's not all bad.

But you know...Joan of Arc is strong womyn!

joan of arc did dress like a man in real life to stop her getting raped so much

Bonus points for holding a white flag.

okay now it looks like a woman

1>3>who cares about the others

>not until recent years has it been an enforced celebration to have black actors play white characters.
>enforced celebration
Get over yourself brainlet.

I couldn't care less. This has been happening in theater before the SJW shit or even the birth of Christ. Get over yourself. Even if the marketing is playing it as a "YYYAAASSS" thing this still would've happened in any play decades ago. If it was a movie I'd be annoyed, but theater always gets a free pass when it comes to casting for me.

not him but you two are fucking brainlets. Times change. Getting a white actor to play a black character would be considered an attack on the integrity of the play, rightfully arguing that racebending it would murder ethnic identity and history of the character. Isn't it at least a little bit uncomfortable that they don't care for white identity? that all the thousands of years of history that make up part of the character's whole identity are unimportant?
I know I'm gonna get calle le Sup Forums for this but come on, I doubt the ancient greeks would even let a macedonian play Achilles.

Have you ever been in a play? Ever seen theater culture first hand? It's a whole different ball game than Hollywood. If not then I dare you to audition for a small local theater and see how different it is. This isn't SJW shit, this is just how theater is and always has been. You could audition to be in Les Mis as a nigger and get picked to play Valjean if you're good enough. Fucking Javert was black during one of their tours and he was amazing.

Joan d'Arquis
or
Joan of Dark

which one has the biggest tits?

>it's ok because people who have no respect for anything do it

And that's theater. Again, that's why they're called "plays". It's literally playing house but with people who know how to act somewhat. Even Pat Stewart played a black role in Othello if I remember correctly.

You're playing the "who cares" card. I personally don't care who people want to cast for their productions because I believe in creative liberty and free speech. The fact that Hamilton exists does not bother me. What bothers me is that there is a double standard in the narrative about when it is acceptable to take creative liberties in casting-- a precisely anti-white one. The little academics even coined some lingo to back up their double standard (as they do). It was "whitewashing" for Scarlett Johannson to be cast in Ghost in the Shell, but it is "color-conscious casting" for Hamilton to have an all-black cast.

This double standard is taught in universities and enforced through liberal media. So yes, I call it "enforced celebration".

When did Dylann Roof play Joan D’arc

...

I'll agree with you that it's wrong for the sake of being "diverse". I wouldn't mind a white woman playing the Major in a stage play but hated that they did for a movie. Sure, it's a double standard but like I said theater or not the same as film. First because even Shakespeare gender bended most of his plays, next because theater is more about "who can play the part" and not "who looks right for the part".

Seriously, I implore you to get involved in a play, even like when did as a kid just doing lighting or something. We had a fucking Irishman play Jesus and all the disciples were either black, English, and even an Asian. Plays are so different than Hollywood.

Isnt racist to call her Joan-Dark?

Came to post this

my man

I was pretty young when this movie came out, I developed a huge crush on this actress, and didn't really understand what the feeling was.

>Again, that's why they're called "plays". It's literally playing house but with people who know how to act somewhat
oh so you are a brainlet after all.

I'm possibly retarded, but at least I know what theater is.

That looks like volcanic sand. In the winter I have a fire every damn day, and the ash don't fucken look like that.
