I ain't from tumble stupid i wanna now Sup Forums's opinion
Garbage portrayal of suicidal tendencies for the sake of drama, but some fun characters and the promise of a school shooting in the last ep make up for the shoddy narrative.
Wish it was just a movie over one night, like the book had. One-Night films are so much more fun.
>Roasty failed as normie than commit sudoku blame everyone else.
>muh sad rich white slut blaming everyone for her problems
the chad's character is actually fucking hilarious
100% garbage. she's mostly making mountains out of mole hills and pointing fingers at people that didn't really do anything that terrible to her.
the entire situation where she gets raped is unbelievably forced melodramatic bullshit. in that small town how the fuck do you not know who's house is who's? you don't ask who's party it is when you get there? you just jump in a hot tub? fuck off.
>Be drank
>Into pool with Chad
>I-its rape i swear!
>do you not know who is house is who is? you don't ask who is party
everyone tries to use the excuse that she didn't know that it was his house. wasn't he known in the school as the rich kid? so she goes to a rich neighborhood and her friends are there at a party..... hmmm i wonder who lives in that house
waa waa i had sex woe is me
Beta orbiter, feel for me
Why didn't he just listen to the fucking tapes jesus christ
Is it true this series is a revenge fantasy that makes suicide seem worth it?
how about suck who's dick
G OT EM
for a dumb teenager, yes, that's pretty much exactly what they will get out of it. if you get 'bullied' then suicide isn't a terrible solution
It's what they are saying in the show yeah. Want to really stick it to your bullies, kill yourself and they will feel bad. I for one, approve of this message.
I heard that the girl gets exactly what she wanted from her suicide. Everyone gives her attention, says she's great and all her bullies get their comeuppance.
w-what?
Whose, idiot
the thing is she didn't really have any bullies, some guy took some creepy photos of her, and another guy groped her ass and then raped her later on. that's pretty much it, the rest is just a bunch of shit.
>Roastie teenager an heros
>I'm supposed to care about why
A "small town" still has a population of like 50,000 people.
doesn't matter. everyone knew the kid was rich. her friends at the party. she couldn't put 2 and 2 together?
>do you not know who is house is who is? you don't ask who is party
You also don't write in all green text. Capitalize the beginning of your sentences too. While you're at it stop being a massive faggot.
Complete shit. I like how the Asian Chad turns into an irredeemable asshole for "reasons."
That's a quote you fucking moron
what did he do again? steal anonymous bunnies or some dumb shit like that lol? a whole tape dedicated to someone that did a whole bunch of nothing to her
>Voted best ass
>THIS IS WHY I MUST KILL MYSELF THIS IS VERY HURTFUL
Wtf why? Isn’t that a compliment?
Bryce did nothing wrong.
Yeah, and this was after she rejected his genuine interest in her because he hung out with the popular kids. It was fucking retarded.
Even among Netflix's litany of god awful programming, this one stands out as one of the worst.
Almost nothing works, the story is a mess based on nonsensical decisions like Clay spending most of the time demanding answers about the tapes instead of listening to them.
Hannah is shown to be the nastiest person in school and makes her own enemies and doesn't deserve sympathy.
literally almost half the characters are LGBT because diversity
Everyone in the show treats the suicide like a fucking murder - big conspiracy to keep the tapes secret because if a girl commits suicide everyone is culpable apparently? I don't know, because nothing in the show makes sense.
And even small details are wrong - Hannah blames herself for knocking down a stop sign that the kid later dies... but it was a dead end street. Even if he missed the stop sign and no one else was at the intersection, he would have crashed anyway
And awful awful dialogue
Just a nitpick, too. Hannah is not good looking
0/10
>she's mostly making mountains out of mole hills
>Friend knocks over street sign
>YOU NEED TO CALL SOMEONE FIX IT
>"Nah my dad'll kill me."
>OMG WTF'S WRONG WITH YOU SOMEONE'S GON GET HURT REEE
>Someone miraculously gets hurt
>Get a tape in the mail about how ur a turrubl person
Everything else was fine but that scene in particular just made me more annoyed with Hannah.
signs get hit and knocked over all the time. they don't fix them right away anyway. it was night time, even if she called right away it wouldn't be fixed until the next day.
it's like the writers of this show have no clue how anything works
That entire tape/story was incredibly contrived and convenient, the weakest part of the show imo
