While I agree that it's not something you should decide based on the opinion of other mentally ill people, I think that being transphobic is not cool either. Just because someone is mentally ill doesn't mean you have to be a jerk to them. That's like going back in history decades to back when people with Down Syndrome were treated like they were a worthless piece of shit that doesn't deserve to live. People who are different are no less deserving of love and people who have gender dysphoria did not choose to be like that, and they already clearly have a lot of struggle.

The ones who push it on kids should be executed. They want them to start hormones even though 80%+ grow out of the dysphoria.

Be a gender dysphoric, go to a psych, get on HRT to actually deal with your symptoms, and then be a productive part of society as a masculine woman or a girly man. Transitioning is a completely cosmetic and is enabling the problem with the disorder. The only real treatment we have right now that isn't enabling is HRT (but technically does to some degree because the increase in traits of the opposite sex that come naturally with the soothing balance of the endocrine system to the subject, the more they might be incline to believe they are the opposite sex if not probably aided through the process and supported as an individual through therapy and moral support.
