Why are the side characters so much more appealing than the main characters?

If you shrink 'em down enough until their heads are proportionate to everyone else, they just look like little kids and their design is passable.

It looks like they are being strangled by their shirts and looking at their skin tone I can imagine and mentally feel the constricted blood flow.

The microphone quality sounds uneven for the Quincy Kibblesworth guy.

Except when the author dude goes on his spiel and suddenly animation is pretty good. And then that part is done and the last bit of the episode's animation sucks again.

Guess they can't realistically just have Zeurel work on the entire episode himself.

Zeural is too good for this show, when he dropped off the radar I expected him to be working on something big, not this.

No, it's not at all.

If it wasn't obvious by now, the show chops up its storyboards and gives scenes to amateur animators for them to work on individually, which explains why the animation is wildly inconsistent. You could think of this show as a series of collab animations that you'd see on Newgrounds like NiN10Doh, where there is no internal consistency to think of and each animator has to wing their own scenes with their own preferred styles and methods of animation. The scenes from the past two episodes that everyone loves were done entirely by Zeurel and Sandra Rivas, and if they weren't working on it the show would look like shit ALL the time.

So no, this inconsistency is not a stumble, it's just how the show is made.

But something about the whole premise of them being ear-piercingly loud to be around is so fucking obnoxious that I can't deal with it. Nothing fucks with me like sound, and I just hate being around people like that. These kids are a fucking nightmare and I want to kill them.
