Knows something is up the moment they arrive

>knows something is up the moment they arrive
>doesn't just tell Kurt Russel
>doesn't just start taking everyone outside and murdering them while they're unarmed at the start

What the fuck? Could've ended the film 2 hours ago

was goggin's character actually supposed to be the new sheriff or was that a lie as well.

BIG
BLACK
DINGUS

He was the sheriff

Still haven't checked this out. I dunno about it.

Sorry to interrupt but you're saying that the nigger in the stable, has a letter from Abraham Lincoln?

But what I want to know is where’s the cave man?

...

Where there any sociopaths in the films? Anyone?

Is this movie worth watching? I've avoided all spoilers even though the entire fucking thing was leaked a year before it released and it's been out for 2 years.

It's fine, it does what tarantino is good at - lots of dialogue so it works

They set it up perfectly for it to be a lie.
When the woman was threatening him, saying the second he stepped foot in his new town as sheriff, her gang would kill him.
I was waiting for "Well, that'd be real threatening if I was really the sheriff."

But no, he's telling the truth, and I guess that's kind of important to the story's final message of white authority and black rage settling their differences and coming together over a spectacle of righteous violence (aka Tarantino masturbating to his own importance).

yee

I love it, my favourite Tarantula flick.

Keep in mind that its a movie with basically one location and lots of dialogue.

The biggest plot hole is why didn't Bruce Dern say anything?

I preferred this to Django but there are definitely points where the film drags.

>white authority and black rage settling their differences and coming together over a spectacle of righteous violence

the movie is about the races of men coming together against the true enemy: women

why did the southern general not have a southern accent

why did the southern general immediately fly off the handle with sam jackson for being black, even going so far as to not directly address him, but then allow him to sit down with him over dinner and then also have a conversation with him?

because tarantino

Roasties btfo

I hate to tell you user but nobody who browses this board has ever or will ever get a letter from Abraham Lincoln, least of all THAT NIGGER THERE.

Explain

second best tarantino flick imo

> kind of important to the story's final message of white authority and black rage settling their differences and coming together over a spectacle of righteous violence

user, good on you for paying attention. I thought film could of been better but still good eye

The film is about lying.

Is there any other movie with similar settin and characters as entertaining as these but not absolutely retarded? by setting i mean amultiple character focus and none of them are really the hero

No it’s shit unless you are easily impressed by this hack

Did he hurt your fellings?

...THE NIGGER... IN THE STABLE...

12 Angry Men

Dial M for Murder

Cube

I've seen this movie twice now and I'm thoroughly convinced that this is Quentin Tarentino's worst movie. Dialogue is shit. Plot is incredibly dumb. A terrible attempt at a western with Tarentino's tired old gore porn schtick inserted in.

No. Easily the worst T film. It was just like he filmed a play. The dialogue was terrible and there was no fucking reason it should have been 3 hours.

THE President Lincoln?

>why didn't Bruce Dern say anything?
Because they'd kill him if he didn't play along. The bigger question is why they didn't just kill him along with everyone else.

Every accusation Goggins made in the movie turned out to be true.

...I FUCKIN' KNEW IT!

> watching this movie with a couple of friends
> get to the part where they hang that bitch
> turn my head and see my friend with his head turning away and his hand covering his eyes
> i say: dont be a pussy man, is a movie
> 1 second later remember his uncle commited suicide hanging in his house and he was the one that find him
> feel like a piece of shit for a week

Meh, I wouldn't beat yourself up about it. Did you apologize? As long as you do that, there isn't much else you can do to correct the mistake.

I haven’t see this movie yet .

>see my friend with his head turning away and his hand covering his eyes

i get that traumatic experiences like that are terrifying to re-live, but part of being a man is staring unflinchingly at things that scare us the most. It was kind of an assholish move but its what your friend needed to hear and what he needs to learn

It's pretty solid. It isn't without it's flaws, but if you like Tarantino's style you'll enjoy it.

>doesn't just tell Kurt Russel

Kurt Russell had him handcuffed at one point on threat of death, then makes him do all the stable-work in the middle of a blizzard. Pretty sure at that point he wouldn't tell anyone. Who can you trust?

>doesn't just start taking everyone outside and murdering them while they're unarmed at the start

Because it's not an action movie, that would be totally out of character for Jackson, and how insane would it be if some nigger just came inside your habedashery and started killing people because he found a jellybean on the floor?

I understand though, because of how long the movie is and that it's set in one location - suspension of disbelief is a tricky one, and not everyone will have the leather patience it takes to just sit there and wait. They're gonna get antsy before the opportune moment, so they'll make the opportune moment come to them.

This can be achieved by shutting the movie off like a goon.

>bases his whole suspicion and subsequent execution of Bob on the fact he's Mexican and Minnie hates Mexicans
>the flashback shows her being perfectly fine with him and willing to accept his custom

What did he mean by this?

>Jackson successfully bullshits every single character in the movie: the movie
He didn't make bruce dern's kid suck him off either.

>your habedashery
did you watch the movie user ?
the place belong to the nigger gal

This. He's just a good goddamn liar.

He's making a point, dufus.

no he isnt
if you visited your friends home nad a bunch of suspicious looking dudes were there youd really think that home belonged to them now ?

So he was making it up to get a reaction out of Bob that would let him kill him? But he immediately shoots Bob after he finished talking, or was he using it as an excuse to justify killing him to the others in the room?

He made it up so Dern would reach for his gun and he could argue self defense. Otherwise it's straight up murder, and everybody would kill/arrest him.

"he is authentic"

Makes sense though. What I'm more concerned about is how two dignified bounty hunters like Jackson's character or Russell's wouldn't recognize three wanted men who were known associates of the woman Ruth was hauling to the executioner. Seems like a major oversight seeing as Jackson recognizes them immediately later on.
