Sup Forums you got me into this show with the explosion after the first season ended, and then you never talked about it again. What the fuck? Season 2 was great, and I was surprised at how smoothly they transitioned into a clever hook for a thrid
Sup Forums you got me into this show with the explosion after the first season ended...
I initially dropped it after the second episode when it looked like a typical "protag learns this lesson this week" sitcom, then picked it up again and literally the next episode the real plot starts. Best twist ending ever, I never saw it coming
Eleanor or Tahani? I have this debate every week and can never reach a verdict. Tiny trashy milf or posh indian titgiraffe
Regular resets to enjoy both
I think Tahani is pretty unattractive, desu. British accents don't work on women, and her face just doesn't do it for me. Kristen Bell, on the other hand, is one of the cutest and sexiest human beings ever to live.
post more Janet
I'm on the same boat pal, hope the third season manages to keep it up.
Unironically the best show on tv right now. Even though Eleanor and Chidi have zero chemistry.
Remember when Maya Rudolph was faintly attractive?
at her peak she was the definition of ugly but hot. now it's all ugly and no hot.
She was never attractive. Not at all.
I feel like they should have ended the season the same way they ended the first, just for the symmetry, and given us only a glimpse of what the simulation world would be like.
There's pretty much nothing to complain about. You can't keep threads going where everybody simply says they enjoy it and that they're looking forward to the next season.
But it feels like one of the rare mainstream shows that could provoke discussion. It does a really good job at being a Moral Philosophy 101 primer.
it just became a regular sitcom with S2 ending
How so?
>tfw no personal Janet servant
>tfw no treacherous vickie gf to bully
But actual discussion doesn't keep threads afloat on Sup Forums. You want outrage, and conflicting opinions on the show that are so low level that everybody can add their opinion. If you got an actual discussion started, people who don't keep up would be unable to contribute without doing their homework within two or three threats and let's face it, Sup Forums isn't the board for people who put actual effort into anything.
I wish they'd spend less time on the relationship and romance stuff, this is almost always the least interesting part of every show.
Except some more Eleanor and Tahani fanservice would be nice
I don't really mean for a whole bunch of threads. I just think it's surprising you don't see a thread pop up now and then that's a nice Sup Forumslit/ crossover with some Kierkegaard shitposting.
>ugly but hot
what does this mean
it means i have low self esteem and less attractive girls seem attainable thus hotter than they really are
means her facial features didn't fit the conventional standards of beauty but she had nice legs and tits. of course even without any apparently attractive features a woman can attain hotness through more subtle behavioral means.
>Season 2 was great,
yikes, no it isn't. The first episode was hilarious but the rest was trash.
Bold opinion. Feel free to support it
You didn't like the trolley episode?
like a female equivalent of Adam Driver I guess
I don't like that they reset their lives. What was the fucking point , and where do they take that.
One of the core points is that they were ded.
They didn't reset their lives, brainletanon. They put them in a simulation, to see if they would have become good people had their lives been spared. They're not actually back on earth.
also we've seen only glimpses of the bad place, and nothing whatsoever about the actual good place
watched and already delet
I didn't get that it was a simulation
Posting the real best girl
ouch
...
This psycho bitch is an absolute delight
This show is underrated kino
forgot about it due to the break. got a few episodes to watch now
Oh, Maximum Derek
That actor is very underrated
I watch the show with my mom, and we were both very glad to see him go. He just seemed obnoxious
...
>I watch the show with my mom
Fuck,me too.
I dont watch it with my mom but I was also glad that he was gone. He was good on that other show though
Why was Chidi teaching Michael about the teleological suspension of the ethical? How does that even apply to a demon?
I don't think the philosophy in this show is meant to be taken too seriously; It's like how hacking is portrayed in most show: it's packaged up neatly into small comprehensible bits so that normies understand it and feel smart for 'getting' it.
I don't really agree. While they do simplify and summarize concepts, they're still doing a good job of explaining them and showing practical application. The Trolley Problem really exemplified that
Tol and smol kino
is this show actually good or just reddit?
theres only three ways to find out...
Wait a minute. You are making him choose..
This is the .......
mmm
ass
Why do I want to see Veronica Mars again...
Kristen Bell is 37. Ruminate on that every time Sup Forums has a thread about a woman who hit the wall in her late twenties.
never saw the show...Does TGP have quality messages in it that is memorable or is it just forgetable besides the comedy?
If you don't know much about moral philosophy, you'll learn a decent amount. Most problems are both created and solved by Chidi teaching the characters about a major concept in the field.
Is there any psychology aspect to the show?
No, it's more likely to talk about Aristotle or, especially, Kierkegaard
>British accents don't work on women
I really wish it wasn't possible for 10 year olds to post on this website.
>Ruminate
Yep I'm 32 and today I learned a new word "Ruminate "
Thanks annon
>They skipped over Tahini and Eleanor being soulmates
Dropped
ok thanx
Ted Danson, please get cancer
I'll pretend to know what this is
seeing ted danson in this makes me miss bored to death. why did they have to kill bored to death?
