Did Disney put all their money into buying the positive reviews for Rotten Tomatoes they forgot to buy out iMDB too?

That IMDB score is just a result of a coordinated attack by the alt right and the Russians.

this tbqh famalam, this is institutional racism at play

If you were to look at the actual stats, you can see that over 20 % of the votes have 1 star, while over 60 % have 10 stars. It just seems to me like the movie rating has become a bit of a political battleground, between the people that want it to do well and the people that want it to do badly. I don't think this IMDB score accurately represents the quality of the movie.

>mfw yet another thread with white boys crying

The gift that keeps on giving

Can someone here please give me some objective criticism of this film? It seems all reviews devolve into either "yaaaasss stronk black man btfos whitey!" or "durrrr hurrrr NIGGER amirite!" I just wanna know if it's kino or not. Help me fa/tv/rgins.

No, its not.

I'm sure it'll be like every other conveyor belt Marvel film. They're all the same.

the real kicker is gonna be when all the black critics make youtube videos saying how unimpressed they were with it.

None of those people have seen the movie

not totally false, I just gave it 2 stars and I never watched this shit.

BUT HAVE YOU SEEN IT? I want an honest review my Wakandan.

Haven't seen it but can pretty much guarantee you it'll be like every other Marvel movie, because they stick to their formula. If you like the formula, you'll probably like it, if you don't, probably won't.

Even critics praising it for "making history" say the action is awful so you tell me

shiiiieeeeeet

ragnarok was comfy tho

>asking if yet-another-marvel-capeshit-flick is kino
it's not kino

...

I'm black and you have no idea of what the kids are doing in the streets of Chi right now waiting for this movie

Nice false flag but that piece of shit has over 4000 10s and it's not even out yet

>capeshit
>good

that's because we all saw the black panther fight against his clone so they can't lie about it

But Rotten Tomatoes does?

Nice sarcasm, but it's really a bunch of cry baby bitches to be frank with you, bud.

The fuck are you expecting, user? It's a marvel flick. If you like the rest you'll probably like this one too.

Paddington won the review wars brother. We must sit down an be humble.

the same thing they always do, shoot each other for Jordans

Enlighten me. Did they shoot a box office clerk when he told them it wasn't out yet?

...

it would be funny to post pics of the cast and crew, and see how many people that made this movie were either white or jewish men.

playing basketball and trying to rap?

Thanks for the objective criticism, retards.

IMDb belongs to Amazon, Disney and Amazon are not friends, they are going to be direct competitors once Disney gets its streaming platform

Here you go. Straight from a French film critic:

>Enticing. Already crossed in the Captain America: civil war of 2016, Black Panther is T'Challa, king of Wakanda, an imaginary African country rich in vibranium, metal giving the small nation a unique technological advance. In the first film dedicated to him, T'Challa must assert his legitimacy and face all those who want to seize the ore and its throne. Directed by Ryan Coogler, already author of Fruitvale Station and Creed: the legacy of Rocky Balboa, Black Panther had something to intrigue and arouse the wildest hopes. Think about it: a movie of superheroes featuring an African character. And not just any, the first black superhero of comics, devised by Stan Leeand Jack Kirbyin 1966.What's more, a monarch at the head of one of the most advanced African nations in the world. Enticing.

>However, from the first sequences, the hopes are cruelly showered. The actors evolve in the middle of a junk Africa that seems to cardboard-paste, green screen forgiveness. Everything sounds fakeand artificial. No scene has any consistency or materiality. During the session, we scratched our heads, doubting that the production really went on the spot. The reading of the press kit will confirm this impression: if the team went to Busan, South Korea, to shoot a casino scene and a car chase, it never deigned to set foot on the African continent, where is supposed to happen 95% of the film! Surely the vaccines were not up to date ...

>Even the music rhythmed in the trailer by the martial chords of the band Run The Jewels, which was announced and directed by Kendrick Lamar, disappointed. Moreover, given the unparalleled musical richness of the African continent, one can wonder about the opportunity to call on American hip-hop for the soundtrack.

>cry baby bitches
That would be (You) LMAO

I felt this has always been the case for IMDB, corporate shills spamming 10s and angry fanboys spamming 1s I'm just surprised marvel is getting the hate end of it since everyone sucks Disney's cock so much.

Ragnarok is perfectly watchable. I just wished it wasn't the final part in the trilogy and dealing with the death of the gods if it was going to be so comedic. I was fine with Thor 1+2, I realize I am in the minority with that opinion.

What I missed in the last paragraph:

>Level scenario is seen and reviewed. The story plays the score Ascension / Chute / Redemption / Victory for its main character without innovating a single second. We find ourselves very quickly on rails. Be careful not to fall asleep during the sloshing. Moreover, since Creed, we suspected that Ryan Coogler was not necessarily very comfortable in the action scenes. This is confirmed here and all the moments supposed to be hectic are devoid of any rhythm and almost illegible.

In other words, pretty much exactly par for the course for an MCU movie under Disney. Interestingly, it sounds like it's not even getting hailed as "FUN!" or "A LAUGH A MINUTE" like Ragnarok was, which tells me this will be Disney with their "super cereal" face on, trying to be topical and "important." I've seen what passes for thematic depth out of Disney.

No thanks.

y'all know that the chimps will be bringing their coal burning bitches to see this movies on Valentines Day (assuming that they aren't in jail)

>6.8
>Implying this isn't a bloated score as well
Black Panther is a firm 6.0, a generic, forgettable Marvel flick through and through.

Every Marvel flick has at least 7.5
