>HEY EVERYBODY! NO ONE MUST HAVE SAID THIS ALREADY ON EVERY DISCUSSION WEBSITE, BUT REMEMBER THE BLADE TRILOGY? THAT HAD BLACK PEOPLE FIRST. THAT MEANS BLACK PANTHER IS IN NO WAY SOCIALLY RELEVANT! IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT THE MOST SUCCESSFUL CAPESHIT STUDIO OF ALL TIME IS PRODUCING A MOVIE WITH A BLACK PROTAGONIST AFTER DOING 20 OTHER MOVIES LEAD BY WHITE DUDES
Well shit, I'm glad you were here to tell us this, user
Hi, Coonglar.
I did a presentation on Blade in my College vampire class. It was dope
It's still silly capeshit produced by (((white))) people, I'd honestly would like to see a real high budged black production without that fucking pandering.
Blade was 20 years ago
>College vampire class
Silly capeshit is the mainstream. They're movies that are popular around the world. It does say something, though its not the most important cultural event ever like some people want to make it out to be. Are there even black producers though? Ryan Coogler wrote and directed it which is good enough for me.

So how's life as a barista?
UVA anons in here?
Oh christ I detest vampire culture
>Sup Forums faggot butt hurt that others are excited about a movie...
I can’t wait for the white genocide
>m-muh Sup Forums

Who is going to pay for your food stamps Tyrone?
Realistically, how would Blade and the underground vampire society fit into the MCU?
Don't think t would.
Blade is by far the better movie for this racial subject.
Blade a Daywalker first, nobody fucking cares if he's black or white or Latino or Asian, his skin color doesn't get mentioned once, same as all the other black characters who are just people that don't identify themselves with their skin color and get treated like every other white person, the movie doesn't pander to any specific racial group, the only thing Blade has that you can somewhat associate with black culture is the black leather stuff he wears, else it's a movie that pretty much said "You guys are not outsiders and completely accepted in society, therefore nobody gives a shit about your skin color".
Black Panther on the other hand looks like the "WE WUZZ KINGZ AND DINDU NUFFIN!" meme in motion.
This weekend, a thousand partiers got drenched in fake blood in an homage to the Wesley Snipes film while dancing to the Crystal Method
There's no Blade trilogy. There is a Blade duology though... the third one shouldn't even exist.
I would think they would be treated like mutants are.
Blade II is best Blade
Amazing scene
Those cgi eyes.
What a pathetic reddit post.
Tbhfamalam the third one sucks
Why did Blade 2 get such a low RT score? Would it get a better score if it was released in todays current political climate?
You sound like such a goddamn faggot. Go outside.
BLADE READY TO DIE?
I WUZ BORN READY,MUTHAPHUCKA
Can you blush?
>duology
>ellipses
>completely redacts Biel
leave this board, gay nigger.
Why can’t Marvel movies be this badass anymore?
Because quips.
They need to appeal to the absolute widest audience possible to get back their bloated budgets, an R-rated violent cape movie like Blade just wouldn't pass anymore unless it was drastically lower in scale. You got Deadpool but its whole identity is 'haha i'm mature n shit' and still draws in most of the crows by essentially first and foremost a comedy.
I watched Winter Soldier recently I'm shocked how much better it is than movies that came out not two years after it. It's a really fun straightforward conspiracy action movie, it's fantastical elements are pretty small, mostly tech stuff and Cap being stronk. The quality of the stories and characters dropped massively because they perfected a formula that works.
It will never happen as long as Hollywood is run by Jews and Gays, who both hate Blacks.
I really hope they reboot this
>Blade was 20 years ago
FUck off y=u liar.

Never really understood the praise for Winter Soldier, it's like a Jason Bourne with superheroes. Maybe it's the fact it exists in the same universe as Iron Man and shit always felt jarring to me.
1998
That's kind of why I liked it, while as a general plot it's not terribly unique, in the context of being a superhero film with superhero stakes at hand, juxtaposed with so many other fantastical elements around it - most of these movies verge on fantasy more than they do sci-fi - makes it stand out, if just a little. The fact that it exists in the same universe as Guardians of the Galaxy and Thor is what's crazy. There isn't a single big bad alien dude and robo army, or an evil wizard or whatever, it's a political conspiracy whose main villain is a shadowy organization you can't just punch in the face. Bucky himself is the nearest thing to a main villain, but he's just a threat used by the main villain. That's neat. It's also just very competently made, it's fun to watch, nicely paced and pretty well acted.
Biel from #3 is one of the most beautiful women ever imo, worth it just to see her at the height of her powers in tight leather. I am kind of a muscle girl freak admittedly.
Why does everyone completely ignore that the Blade movies were for R-rated movies for adults and not meant to be mass-consumed by entire families like most comic book movies now.
Comparing Blade to almost any comic book movie now and saying that it's the same genre is intellectually dishonest.
Deadpool was r-rated, but that's still essentially a comedy. Still, it did very well.
>Blade 2: Electric Boogaloo
>Best Blade
Get the cross.
Kids have always watched R rated and flicks. Them being for adults made all the more alluring. Freddie and Jason were practically superheroes among my friends.
>College vampire class
what even
Are you seriously implying the media lied?
they never lie you fucking Sup Forumstard
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
>The fact that it exists in the same universe as Guardians of the Galaxy and Thor is what's crazy.
That's what turns me off it, shit is going down and nobody else shows up despite it being a shared universe. But that's just me.
>dishonest
i hate this word now
SEETHING

please tell me you go to a Country with "Free" (Taxpayer funded) higher education.

I've worked my way up and now oversee 3 Starbucks stores, so that's not so bad.
Blade looks cool, doesn't look like some conjucture shit pushed by kangz, and actually doesn't rely on a fairy tales about "muh afrika would be like wakanda if not wypipo".
South deserved to be gassed for bringing nigs into America, in all honesty.
>doesn't look like some conjucture shit pushed by kangz, and actually doesn't rely on a fairy tales about "muh afrika would be like wakanda if not wypipo".
Relax.

Hey, 13 year old from 1998. Gonna shoot up a school today?
North deserves gassing for freeing them, honestly
