I'm part Jewish, too.
when times are rough, we are all..part jewish.
>Based Phoenix as Joker
>Jake "sexy and kino hair" Gyllenhaal is rumored to be New Batman
>Reeve is master of ape kino wants the movie to be it's own thing without the need to shill other shared universe characters and movies
Once again Batman will save Capeshit and elevate it to CapeKino.
Should the feel of the new movie be as gritty, or more, or less, than the Christopher Nolan films? What are the general impressions of recent superhero movies, in style? I haven't seen one since The Dark Knight Rises.
There's nothing wrong with being Jewish.
What about being white, Shekelberg? Is that okay?
Absolutely fine.
Phoenix as the joker? Holy shit that's awesome.
Based jake too.
why do people wear shades indoors ?
if your not on acid there really is no point and it seems autistic/rude
It was part of an act.
Yes, he did it for his film, "I'm Still Here." Fans are still somewhat divided whether or not he intentionally tried to get into the hip hop music business, including a psychological meltdown, or if he truly did it for the lulz, making a mockumentary about his hip hop period between 2008-2010.
It was Casey Affleck's idea, actually. Casey even went broke making this passion project.
>Joker origins movie
this is so retarded, they are getting out of hand with the comic book movies, calm down Warner
But Joaquin as the Joker. It has a chance of being good.
Yes he's an amazing actor but the idea of a joker origins movie is so fucking stupid, can't you just have him be the regular joker in modern day
also he's in talks, not fully confirmed
Joaquin Phoenix may be able to portray the Joker very wonderfully, except he does not look quite young enough, anymore, for it to be a believable origins story for the character.
i’m sorry you couldn’t be with us tonight
Reminder he broke character at the end of this interview.
>Joker
>having an actual origin story
He looked like he was still kind of in character, but in a moment as though he realized his time was up, and he made a little more effort to formalize the departure from stage.
i wish he wouldn't, he'll probably overdose or an hero like heat legend
more like the Jewker
I THREW A ROCK AT HIM!
That recalls Joaquin's own brother, River Phoenix.
>plays itself as a straight up origin story right up to the 3rd act
>come to find out everything you watched was an unreliable narrator.
dropped
>origin story for the joker
it's like they're copying Solo for bad ideas
I always confuse him and casey.
STOP
WITH
THE
JOKER
batman has the best fucking villans of any super hero and all faggots want to talk about is the godamn joker. Its so fucking tiring.
Do we really need another movie about the joker?
For certain reasons, origin stories have been extremely fashionable, this decade. It all starts with the directors, producers, and screenwriters, and then audiences go and patronize these origins stories. We should stop en masse, if we want them to end, and just return these characters to their established, mid-to-late series roles.
In the year 2018, some people ten years later from 2008 are already feeling nostalgic about the character, ignoring the flop that was the most recent portrayal of the Joker this decade. I suppose they think it's worth another try, so soon.
>why do people wear shades indoors ?
cos hes fucking high
who?
>Phoenix as the joker?
> Wanna know how I got this hairlip?
>posts picture where his hairlip is the least visible
What did he mean by this?
>Fans are still somewhat divided whether or not he intentionally tried to get into the hip hop music business, including a psychological meltdown, or if he truly did it for the lulz, making a mockumentary about his hip hop period between 2008-2010.
No, people are not still wondering, he completely fucked it all up by talking about how it was a ruse
No balls on this guy

The next step is to make a fucking Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth inspired mindfuck surreal moral horror film. That graphic novel is dripping with personality and unique ideas, so the film would have to be made by someone capable of working with a legitimate vision. Think PTA in how he approaches his films. Of course this will never happen, so the answer to your question is no, even with all its flaws, nothing will top the TDK trilogy.
Please go back
I want to see a Batman that is grounded in reality while the rest of Gotham and it's inhabitants have gone completely off the reservation. A Batman desperately trying to hold onto reality while everything else falls apart.
its should be true detective season 1 style more detective esq than super hero flick
This could work.
