Round? Some people will argue that this at best proves the earth is a round disk, like a coin. Round, but still flat.

I think what you are trying to ask is does this prove the earth is a "sphere" as a ball or and orb. But those people would believe nothing you try and show them. Elon Musk could launch them in a rocket and fly them around the sphere of the earth and they would say "the windows of this rocket are just fake video screens". You could take them out of the rocket and have them space walk in the void and they will say "my helmet is just a fake video screen". There is nothing you can do to prove it to them.
