Aaliyah was creepy as fuck.
How is the Time Machine 2002 bad? It unironically has a better first act than the original and book because it actually gives him a reason to go into the future. Yes I agree that the film gets too rushed and the final act could have been longer and better but it was still a fun entertaining watch.
Also thank you OP for bringing this film up because it feels like one of those that no one remembers.
I remember Orlando Bloom as the hologram librarian. Really dates it.
OP here
It's bad specifically for the final act for me. When I finally got invested completely; story turns to shit and movie ends
I wonder if that's the studio's fault, it usually is.
Wasn't the hologram black?
It wasn't Orlando Bloom
No idea what that other user is smoking

Funny enough, this scene is what got me into sci fi and why I can't completely hate this movie
he meant Orlando Jones

little-known 90s thrillers or horrors are top shelf if you need some suggestions.
Fuck my bad I'm retarded.
I love when he meets him again in the future
I don't understand why The Scorpion King gets such low scores. It's a lot of fun, perhaps a little campy. The fights are interesting and it has some memorable scenes.
Jones really nailed the pissed off super computer surrounded by primitive life

...
i was actually thinking about this the other day
this movie is supreme sci-fi kino
Also this. Good movie, gonna watch right now.
You just fucked up.
Is it faithful to the book?
I loved this movie when I was a kid.
Who killed Captain Alex, but like a proper movie would be Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
Unashamedly it's Prisoners of the Lost Universe. It's mostly because when I saw as a kid I realized the first time how bad a movie can be.
It's a cheap movie with a cast that pretty much hates the movie. Richard Hatch especially detests the movie and once jokingly said, that if he could, he'd destroy every copy of it.
That shot when the moon was destroyed was my favourite shot ever as a kid
She Wolves of the Goddamn wasteland
Followed up by
Hell Comes to Frog Town

It's unironically my favorite one. Irvin Kershner is under appreciated.
Damn you made a big mistake.

The illuminati/beyonce conspiracy behind her death is pretty crazy
The Underworld series
I really really really like the film The Internship. I've watched it about 10 times, mostly drunk.
