What is this movie about? Serbia?

Snuff films

got some grade A fapping material

A film that happens to be serbian

>fucks and kills that one whore but fucking a teenage girl is where he drew the line and threw a fit

never got that especially with what happened at the end

It's actually Serbia's most celebrated cultural achievement. That's why they bestowed it this title for international markets. In Serbia it's called 2 Fuck 2 Furious.

no one gives a shit about this film here

I felt like it was actually a decent concept for a movie but all the shock stuff just ruined it.

Babby first exploitation movie

N E W B O R N P O R N

That's ridiculous.. if it wasn't so shocking it would lose its message.

Boypussy Magazines Movie of the Year

I met a girl from Serbia once. She was beautiful; blonde hair and blue eyes. We had a conversation that lasted for hours, talking about her home. We went on a few dates and they were all spectacular. On our last date she told me she had to go back to Serbia because her mother had fallen ill.

I almost went with her.

I should have.

It's about how eastern Europeans revel in the (often pushed) tragedies they depict. To get funding you have to make a movie about the faults of the previous regime, and most of it is just watching people get obliterated. Here it shows that mentality for what it is, porn industry using real violence.

Baby's first edgy film
Dull and boring
If you want some good edgy shit give a try to La Sang des Betes

I found this movie very similar to "Kill List". I think it is about one's alienation to the societal consequences his profession has.

>Your film is set in a stylised world of pornography. What do you regard as the role of pornography in your film? And – although I realise this is a ridiculous question - do you regard your own film as in any way pornographic itself?
>Absolutely not. I don't regard it as pornographic. First of all, a crazy thing, there are no pornographic shots in the film. No penetration or no explicit pornographic shots. On the other hand, this was one of the major metaphorical takes in the film - to treat pornography as real life - because in the last few decades of political nightmare in this region, and several wars, we've brought ourselves to the point where we consider our lives as pure exploitation. In order to lead a normal life you have to become a prostitute, and sell your soul – and your ass – to the highest bidder in the name of feeding your family, and be viciously exploited by your boss and by rulers of your destiny. So, the pornographic issue and the sense of pornography in this film is just used like our everyday life. Any kind of job you can get, you can be viciously exploited.
>The initial idea was to make a film that incorporated our desire to express our honest and strongest personal feelings and personal sentiments about this region and the last few decades of war and political and moral nightmare, in combination with the world in general – today's world is, let's say, sugar-coated in political correctness, but actually very dirty under that façade. That was the initial idea, and to try to speak honestly about the problems that are all around us. But the people are not ready to admit those problems, to acknowledge those problems and certainly not ready to face those problems, because for some people it is easier to ignore the problems and to – it's an English expression – to put it under the carpet and let predators feed and breed on it, because when you're ignoring the problems you're making fertile ground for violators and predators.

>My ambition was to say something about people who are governing our lives for purposes unknown, and something about art and cinema in eastern Europe and in Europe in general, because Vukmir represents that kind of ruler, or master of our destiny – politically very powerful, backed up by police, secret police and everything – and very very sick and ruthless – but also very passionate about his job. We picture that in the film in a kind of very charming filmic way, even if he is absolutely the main villain, an absolute villain in the film. On the other hand, he represents art and cinema of eastern Europe and Europe in general. He represents a kind of exaggerated representative of new European film order, ruled by European film funds. In our region, or in eastern Europe, you cannot get your film financed unless you have some story about the victims of wars in the last few decades, and then you just put it in the context of some kind of romanticised, unsuccessful story, and that's something that European festivals, and especially film funds, like, and like to invest in. So that kind of real exploitation of victims and real cultural pornography – so that is what Vukmir is offering to the main character and that's what Vukmir does – that kind of film. It's compassion porn, spiritual pornography.

pretentious gore is the worst

It wasn't even pretentious. The porn director literally says as much in the movie, talking about victim porn. And seems all they did was taking the metaphor of getting fucked and fucking others to get ahead just made it literal

Yes it is. I've been there and there is this street in Belgrade called Knez Mihayilova where people are constantly humping each other because these hallucinogen particles are pumped by secret agencies to solve natality issues. The side effect is glorification of war criminals by certain percent of people but in general they are ok.

It's just edgy for the sake of being edgy, relying on cheap shock value. Everything is so forced and over the top explicit that I just couldn't take it seriously. For a gore movie the story, acting and music and the overall production value is pretty good tho

its pretentious trash.
not worth watching in any way t b h

What else is there nigger, enlighten me

Great movie. Even better than Paddington 2.

Being a Serb myself, the movie is as acclaimed in the country as texas chainsaw massacre is in the US. Most people consider it absolute trash, while the others see it as pretentious shit made by some kid high on weed, being edgy as a sign of his own coolness (we have a lot of these "edgy" types). Noone considers it worth watching.

shouldn't have laughed but i did

But Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a genuinely great film.

That doesn't describe the Texas Chainsaw Massacre at all. It's pretty well respected here.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre is considered a classic here what are you talking about?

it was a joke setup you sperg fuck.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre is shit. Go play with a noose.

She's still where you are, just getting railed out by Chadskavitch

That was his son, you retarded cocksucker.

So it's essentially a serbian "Green Elephant"?

Leatherface gets paired around with names like Jason and Freddy all the fucking time. They put them in theme park spook houses around Halloween. Where I'm getting at is he's around as popular as most other slasher villains in USA. If you think that sounds strange well I'll have you know I and plenty others while admitting it's one of the most fucked up movies of all time A Serbian Film is a fun watch especially when showing it to someone who hasn't seen it before!

You have no taste and are a disgrace to Serbia.

sta seres, teksaski masakr je do jaja film

This film is honestly too ridiculous to not be some sort of black comedy

Serb here.
We made that film as a symbolic representation of Hollywood in Slav style. Both visually, content wise, and quality wise, it emulates Hollywood in the past few years, ahead of those years (we employed a few gypsies to divine for us).
I'd say we did a pretty good job.
