Bringing actors back to life has great potential, even if it's a bit Black Mirror-y.
But I'm more of a fan of the dystopian cyberpunk idea where you can create your own cast for every movie.
Think that comic book character is horribly miscast? Bam, he can be whoever you want, even a child actress or a pornstar.
Think this heist movie has too much dick? With one swipe you can make the genderbent version of it in seconds.

You can download it but you need a decent computer and time to use it, as well as good quality video/pictures that match up well. Even then it only looks right from certain angles.
