The plot will be based on the book, but they are dumb if they at least don't incorporate some elements of the games. While the books are high regarded in poland, most western audience knows the series through the games. It's going to be cool that it introduces this audiences to the book's plot. Hopefully it gets some new readers for the series.

In the witcher there are 3 types of women, whores, regular women whose main use is producing children and sorceresses. So the women in the picture better be some roleplaying whores.

I hope there's a clear difference between regular swordfighting and Witcher style. Geralt does a lot of pirouettes and acrobatic moves while fighting and makes use of his superhuman speed. I wanna see him zooming around dudes and ducking around their swords as he spins behind them and shit.

There's a specific fight in the books where Geralt and a normal soldier fight side by side on a bridge and I always imagined it as specifically showcasing their different fighting styles - Geralt dodges/deflects his enemy's attacks and makes lethal slashes and cuts while 'dancing' around them, while Cahir (the soldier) would parry and block attacks while making more direct and powerful strikes.
