Tipping isn’t (usually) mandatory, so if you want to tip that’s great but it’s up to you either way. I don’t hold it against anyone. The only people I’ve seen who consistently tip badly anyway are niggers, and I hate them regardless

Restaurant owners make even more profit by putting the responsibility of paying its workers to the customers. Customers call bullshit on this and culture white knights come shouting "OMG THEY NEED THOSE TIPS TO LIVE, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THEY MAKE?" thinking that they are the experts on the subject. No, if you were an expert on the subject, you'd realize you were just conned into paying both for your meal and for the workers wage, while the restaurant owners laugh all the way to the bank.

if your waitress/waiter is great, constantly comes back when your cup of whatever is empty to refill it, comes back to ask how your food is, is friendly, then they deserve a good tip. One time I had a real nasty bitch waitress with a stick up her ass. Instead of leaving no tip I left her 2 pennies. I feel like that is even more of a "fuck you" than leaving nothing. It felt good as fuck walking out of there and I never went back.

Restaurant owners pay their waiters/waitresses less than minimum wage, with the notion that tips will make up for it. This is supposed to encourage them to provide a better service but in fact it means that waiters/waitresses don't have a stable income and patrons have to pay extra for the food they already paid for. the only people who benefit from this system is greedy restaurant owners

I'm not in favor or against tipping. Both system can work.
The no tipping system is more egalitarian towards employees. The tipping system will give advantage (both in job searching and in income) to more attractive and outgoing workers, which should (in theory) improve the quality of the service.
