This whole thing is like some collective mass denial. It's hilarious. I know it was a mistake, you know it was a mistake, the studio knows it was a mistake, everyone know. But we're all merrily going along with it instead of what should have happened which is Disney saying, "Hey, we fucked up, let's just shelf this, everyone OK with that" and then we'd have our laughs but ultimately respect them more for making the right choice instead of doubling down and reshooting a whole fucking movie. Movie was 70% done when they started from scratch. This shit cost them like 400 million already. There is no fucking way it's getting shelved with this kind of loss.

Even if box office is just 600 million they get 300 million to cover most of the cost. There is a big fucking difference between 400 million and 100 million loss.
