There's been talks about a One Piece adaptation for a while. It'll basically be Pirates of the Caribbean meets capeshit

Naruto would be an awesome TV series if they sped up the story and had some sick CGI.

Parasyte would be pretty easy to adapt. But I do not want to see anything adapted because I know Hollywood would ruin it with their agenda and lack of understanding for the source material.

Except a warcraft trilogy. Need to have at least 4 more warcraft movies with double the Cgi budget.

I cannot imagine how Evangelion could possibly be adapted by Hollywood and be successful. It'd be poison to the movie going masses.

Which is why its only been talked about for years. It's pretty much a guranteed disaster. The only way I can see it working in some way is if they get Anno to work with like Denis Villeneuve or Del Toro or someone to do another rebuild/reimagining specifically for the US market

When I was reading Parasyte I was thinking it would work really well as a TV show. The part where they reveal that there are Parasytes working in the government felt like a season finale on HBO or Showtime

Probably. Just like the new Jumanji devoted like 5 minutes to the previous story and then went nuts with its own story and is still making all the money in the world.

Otherwise you get live Dark Tower, where it's obvious the running time can't possibly make the story justice and it only hopes and fails to ensnare casuals for sequels. The Fate Heaven's Feel movie didn't have this issue because it was already released for an anime audience.

wishful idea but I could see this as a netflix series where its a choose your own storyline/adventure thing where you decide to ignore or listen to the texts from your future self similar to the visual novel. I think netflix has some shows that are choose your own adventure like but it would be cool to have it used like this. I guess what I could also see is that the beginning you could make it kind of office humor/feel (without the interviews) like where the awkwardness of okabe (like michael in the office) brining much of the jokes to the show but then later have it take a more series tonal shift where the story starts to get more serious so people are in for a wild ride.

Was thinking of a live action Strange/Fake series since that took place in America and you had Servants like the Three Musketeers author, Gilgamesh again, Enkidu and the Black Plague.
