>what if gun, but bullets shoot towards you?
Wait, is that gun actually in the show? I'm only on episodes 3.
I want to see it in action.
Another one from the show
Is /k/ having a seizure?
yes
I dont get it
>Fire selector on a revolver
>When fired he gas from the cylinder would blow holes in your arm and torso
Who thought this was a good idea?
Read the instructions
Shoot bullets at guy via magnetic gun
Pull them back via magnetic gun, making them tear through guy a second time
Load them back into magnetic gun
Shoot bullets at guy via magnetic gun...
So it has an electromagnetic charge that is strong enough to pull metal in from over 100 feet away. Why the fuck does it need bullets in the first place. Just turn the cunt on and watch the insanity.
>Clip
could be fine so long as it closes the cylinder gap
Sealed cylinders?
those super useful sling mounts tho
>bullpup-sidearm
Why?
It's clearly not a feature on the diagram
My guess would go to ammunition made from a specific type of metal to work with gun better
who thought this was an acceptable idea
What the hell man?! I didn't know this shit exists until today
the revolvers have been made like that (baring the silencer) since the early 1900s
>That fucking bore axis
>8 rounds
>Revolver
>Pushes 12 gauge into a plumbing pipe
>"Thatu will be 200 dollaru dirty gajin"
What the fuck
This thing would be fucking awful to shoot
Dude unlimited/recyclable ammo!
This is like something I'd have made up when I was 7.
>having this huge weight with no counter weight
>handgun
JUST
how would a home intruder get inside the house?
He would attack at night.
that's dope as fuck
i want those
but how does he fit in the doorway with the stilts?
that looks really uncomfortable to shoot.
How the fuck did Guns work in Mass Effect again?
Like originally it was shaving and accellerating micrometers off of a metal slam right? Then they just went with ammo because they were retarded?
Fuck mass effect.
you don't need doors when you got stilts
>wrist wrecker
thru the first floor window
Yeah, exactly what you said. They started using thermal clips because the shooter shouldn't have to wait for his gun to cool down, but that's just a lazy excuse to implement more mainstream shooting mechanics.
Why've can't I watch this video? It just keeps enlarging and going away wtf
yeah, because shooting mechanics in me1 were fucking amazing, right? get the fuck outta here
they did everything right with those clips
thermal clips
>Using a Mac or iPhone on Sup Forums
...
I unironically think this looks cool
Like that AK from Elysium
Do you even know what bore axis means?
Why is 8 rounds a problem for you? That's two more than a regular revolver.
...
I didn't say that it didn't improve the gameplay. Just that it was a lazy in-universe explanation.
...
How does the magnet not just like, pull other metal shit towards you? Like if you shoot somebody, hit the button and get smashed in the face by a science fiction thing because EVERYTHING is made of metal?
...
This is one I actually liked.
You would use less metal in stuff in a scifi-world like Altered Carbon's. It's heavy and takes lot of resources to make.
>wolves run in _____
>what could of been
>what we got
>could of
it's so embarrassing whenever new sci fi stuff uses a not-mateba
they even did it in that shitty total recall reboot, and that was like 6 years ago. get new ideas
but matebas are kino
This one isn't that bad
>he doesn't speak 56%
I want to say that's a good point but look at the scene where he used it. Plenty of metal in that room that shoud have reacted.
wolves hunt in packs, arisen
I like this compact thing
>dangerous hot part right on the handguard
fucking genius
...
...
...
>mateba
>posts a chiappa rhino
It looks completely different and is only used like once in combat that you can see it being used to show off that feature.
It is a sci-fi weapon and doesn't use conventional ammo.
ikr that is like really unsanitary.
Everything I made up when I was a child actually exists in the real world as a weapon now, be it for military use or some DIY guy on youtube. Even the, "chainsaw net" which is as worthless as it sounds.
they look cool, but they're basically proof-of-concept designs built to be futuristic-looking rather than practical
I'd rather see some variety in the 'future revolver' field
>not dual wielding the rail guns
>the current state of burgistan
I do storyboarding and previs freelance, and I've had to talk employed, jobbing concept artists through how guns actually work in the past. Most of them have no idea. The most embarrassing thing is that I'm British and they're usually American.
>write rules
>come up with ways around rules
>write rules to deal with new ways
>repeat
>repeat
>get confused mess
>lets make a glock even more like a fucking brick
>cop gun
>not looking like a glock
Is that what it looked like in the show? I don't remember it being garbage. It fired flechettes as well (obligatory in cyberpunk) rather than bullets which makes more sense right?
it's almost like it's a completely artificial and nonsensical distinction that was made by people scared of guns because they know nothing about them...
Looks like one of those ultra rare 2-barrel llama/lemat/lemay pistols that use the squeeze grip to fire. They literally look like a super fancy office stapler with gold scroll work and 2 barrels side-by-side that fire when you squeeze the entire thing like a stapler. I think they were french and made around the 1800s. Not to be confused with the Llama or Lemat fires arms companies and that over-and-under revolver that has a big bore single shot on the bottom. I can't even find a photo of the stapler one when 2 weeks ago I could find it.
According to this guy >It looks completely different and is only used like once in combat that you can see it being used to show off that feature
...
...
Now you too can enjoy the sensation of shooting yourself in the armpit!
This is what it looks like and its ammo. It is the, "Philips Squeeze Gun"that fires flechette ammo via a railgun and pulls the round back via "magic sci-fi tech plot forces".
its pronounced Lememe....
CROSSFIRE! YOU'LL GET CAUGHT UP AND LOVE, CROSSSFYRRREEEE!
well, the rifle/handgun thing is kind of understandable
the man doesn't want it to be easy to get a compact SBR, PDW, SMG, or anything that's concealable, but also fires relatively fast and accurately, because that'd obviously be the best kind of gun to use for crime
so there's sort of a zone in terms of length where guns with the exact same mechanisms are allowed to be longer (less concealable) and shorter (less accurate), but not in the middle
so obviously people try to find ways to make their 'rifles' shorter and their 'handguns' longer, because half the time that's what the guns were designed to be like in the first place
and there are so many different kinds of guns and ways to modify them that the whole thing would be a total legal clusterfuck even if the people writing the laws knew anything about how guns work
this triggers /k/
I’m trying to figure out if these are actually Aaron Beck concepts since I know he’s done stuff for Weta, or if they’re just shamelessly ripping off his stuff
says adam middleton right there

>hey aaron, can I copy your homework
>ok, just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious

Still the best 40 years later.
I think thats the gun in the show that shoots giant spikes.
I like this one.
Found it.
"Llama Pressin Double Barreled AOW" and seems to be made in Spain.
It’s a fold out glock. Called the full conceal or something.
I don't understand how people think this looks good. Hideous orange plasticy grip, enormous trigger guard surrounding 2 goofy triggers, and that awful barrel. Disgusting
NES controller: the gun
attached pic is you
Seems extremely clumsy and time consuming.
