I'm just glad Disney went in a 2D-ish direction for the series. Still really boils my radishes about Dreamworks not going 2D for the Dragons tv/Netflix series.

No, they're going to make up a new character to be his girlfriend since MCs are required to have a love interest and his college friends are too old.
Alternatively they'll give another Dipper scenario and we'll have Hiro fall for Honey Lemon for all of the series until she rejects him.
