It isn't the destruction of property, by itself, that makes nigger riots illegitimate today.
It is the combination of (1) completely random destruction of their neighbors' property without any intent other than the desire to loot; and (2) a complete absence of a claim to riot over.

On the former, in that picture you can see a concerted and purposeful effort by colonials to destroy property which is the object of their protest. They are protesting the Tea Taxes, and thus purposefully destroying shipments of tea. They aren't running in mobs down the streets, burning down gas stations and their neighbors' businesses and stealing fresh wigs and tvs to protest some nigger getting shot by the police. There's just no connection there, because niggers have no mind for these things, and what's really happening is that they are using a "protest" as an excuse to steal things because they have no morality.

(2) is obvious. The colonials were protesting real increases in their taxation which were levied upon them without representation in Parliament. Although those taxes may seem meager by today's standards, people held a different view of them then. When niggers today protest/loot, it is always over some nigger getting shot by the cops in the performance of their duties enforcing the law, and when that isn't the case, the officer is quickly arrested and charged. Every. single. time. It turns out that that martyred nigger was breaking the law and violently resisting or attacking the police, but niggers don't want to hear about that, because what they really want is an excuse to loot. They don't actually care about each others' lives otherwise they wouldn't be killing each other so much.
