I took ~2 years off from lifting entirely and I'm back on SS just to get my compounds back near the levels they were. It's actually kind of neat that my progress is so much easier than the first time around. Muscle memory is fucking amazing.

doing DB rows you should use only your back muscles and your hand,your elbow shouldnt be doing any effort unless you are not at peak form,if you are still developing endure the pain untill you do the exercise right.

Bicep curls require that your elbow points straight down AND DOES NOT MOVE, your back and torso do not move. No swinging.
That's the only way to activate the bicep and make it grow.
