The problem is .. what now? What does a State do when they find dead people on the registered voter rolls?

They can't just toos out random votes right? Voting is by secret ballot nobody knows which votes were cast by legit enrolled citizens and which were clinton crony bunk... so they basically have to count every vote cast whether cast by dead people or repeat voter or illegal alien.. there is no way to weed through cast ballots without potentially tossing valid legit votes which is absolutely verboten...
