That's something I'm currently battling with, but you have to realize why you come here.

I thought about this for a long time and realised I come here because I like to challenge my intelligence (or lack there of), my own preconceptions and think critically. So, knowing this I've decided to slowly start substituting time on here for other activities that do this.

The first one is reading. Read good quality books, don't settle young adult crap but got straight to the top tier stuff. You'll find it stimulating and far more thought provoking than anything on here. I recommend non fiction novels as they generally tackle themes and ideas and encourage you to think about them. The more quality books you read, the more juvenile, immature and idiotic this site seems and you'll lose interest in reading this crap over actual quality. You'll find the same thing if you force yourself to watch highly respected film and trying to go back and watch capeshit and Star Wars (or visit Sup Forums)

Secondly, if you aren't going to the gym then start doing that immediately and for gods sake keep track of your progress, likewise with the books keep track of what you've read. Being able to look back on what you have conquered is a powerful feeling.

Get a hobby. Again make it something you can progess with, a musical instrument, an academic field of interest.
Sup Forums is no good because you can't measure your progress or even look back and actually see how you've gone.

You'll notice a trend here is the ablitity to progress. Constantly pushing yourself is stimulating and will keep you entertained, and help give you a purpose and reason not to fall back to Sup Forums.

Have long term goals and some real life relationships seperate from these things helps dramatically too.

Do this for 4 months then add on an exercise routine( 2 days cardio and 3 days weights). You can't out exercise a poor diet. Diet is the foundation and exercise is your structure.

Do this for another year and you will slay pussy without even trying. It will be like the fish are jumping in the boat on their own

I think a little bit of Sup Forums is good largely for the interesting and contrast views and people you meet on here. But one can't let it become the crux of their life, it must only ever remain an accessory or suppliment to ones actual life

You can easily up your literature to one book a week. Get the audiobook of what you are reading and you can listen to it in bed during that 1-2 hours, on your walk, at the gym and in your car while you drive

I'd also try to add a productive hobby like learning a language, instrument, trade, programming, art or academic field. Since you come here you probably like history and geography so give that a shot

If you have a healthy metablosim there is no Need for a calorie restriction this hard. Beside that i would rate 7/10.

Btw 7.5 hours of sleep are ten times better.
A sleep cycle lasts 90 minutes. You Need 5 of them to feel fully recoverd. If you sleep 8 hours then you will wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle almost in deep sleep and you will feel very tired after waking up. Test the 7.5 hours you will be amazed what effect it has if you wake up straight after REM the last Phase of the sleep cycle.

Coffee is rich on polyphenoles and good for your kidneys, gut and gallblader. But I wouldnt recommnd caffeine except you may suffer under a neuro degenerative disease like Alzheimers then it is more beneficial than harmfull. Though healthy sleep is crucial for Alzheimers patients aswell.

Caffeine can stay as Long as 2.15 days in your System. Hence if you are prone to slow metabolism anyway you are most likely prone to built up caffeine on the Long run.
