Poorly conceived animated versions of classic movies

...

Are you going to start with one? Or are we just going to talk about how great the Beetlejuice cartoon was?

Well there was also this.

>George of the Jungle
>adaptation of a classic movie
I have bad news for you.

Bait thread

...

>one good movie and everything since has been terrible
The joke writes itself. You're already thinking it.

The anime movie was pretty cool.

But yes. Besides that, it's ONLY the original movie that matters. The sequel they made to overwrite the horrible sequel was also horrible.

Evolution
Ozzy and Drix
Spaceballs

FUCK YOU user THIS CARTOON IS THE FUCKING BOMB FUCK YOOOOOOOOOOU

Wait what? Did people really not like this?

I'd argue the Beetlejuice cartoon was just as good as the movie
Burton's projects always felt like they'd be better as cartoons

Funny, I've been watching it a few months ago.
I had a toy of this guy when I was a kid and it looked far more menacing than he does on the actual show. I don't know why that of all things about that shitty cartoon disappointed me the most.

It was pretty fun but the pointless reboot sucked ass.

Little Shop of Horrors immediately comes to mind.

The redhead was cute.

They are almost all bad. It's easier to name a good one.

Men in Black
Godzilla ('98)
That's about it.

>what is Real Ghostbusters
Don't make me come down here.

Shit, nigger, I can't believe I forgot about that.

I am garbage.

>tfw I really didn't like the movie all that much but enjoyed the cartoon
Beetlejuice movie, out of all Burton's pre-Mars Attacks output clicked the least with me.
