All his finales after 5 but before 10

Pleb filter doing its job
Is there any way to get around the "comics series released in the same year the first series of a new Doctor is released resorts to just writing a very generic Doctor since the comic writers haven't seen the new Doctor's series yet at the time of writing and can't tailor their characterisation accordingly" problem, or is it inevitable?
>tfw /who/ comes up with more interesting variants than the BBC prolly will
He was meant to be the Corsair.
The Angels Take Manhattan
nth for Jodie.
He never wrote something that was utter garbage.
He just let some small pieces of shit enter his overall amazing cake, if you cut the shit out, he is goat

Chibnall thought he could prevent DWSR yet there's tones of pics from multiple eps out now.
BTFO.
Just let the comic series be in on the character like the Pokemon games do with the anime (I assume since I dont watch it)
We'll agree to disagree there.
I really do hope we get a few non-historicals in S11 rather than just a couple.
you will get the contemporaries
Alright, have a few present day Earth episodes to go with your historical Earth episodes
can we please stop the le fake spoilers? there's no rosa parks episode. just stop.
but if there were, what would you do?
Just finished the Sensorites, pretty cool overral.
Why did literally everyone stutter tho? Were they just making fun of Hartnell that day?
There is. We've seen filming pics and cast listings that prove it.
explain
give it a rest already
yes, and Rosa Parks will be played by a Trans Actress
You're the one that mentioned it though.
denial isnt just a river in one of S11's historicals
Make sure to your lock your doors at night Lym.
nuwho has too many alien episodes and future episodes, will be a nice change of pace to do more historicals. i always hated how RTD got rid of earth episodes.
An episode where finally the Doctor tells us if traps are gay or not.
Dunno, it's mostly that Hartnell is the one that fluffs here and there (gloves, drugs) but everyone in this story had a fluff like that to the point it got funny.
Was thinking if they were making fun of that or if I'm just thinking too much about it.
Also, incredibly surprised that Susan's description of Gallifrey is so on-point. And to think there's people who complain this show doesn't follow a canon.
>Susan's description of Gallifrey is so on-point
Refresh my memory, please
>I always hated how RTD got rid of Earth episodes
DWSR Drama is back on the menu bois
yeah, there were basically no earth episodes in s1. everything was trad spaceships and crap.
just give us some simple historical stories. hopefully a couple with no aliens.
I always loved that you mean. Fixed it for you.

>Grandfather and I don't come from Earth. It's been ages since we've seen our planet. It's quite like Earth. But at night, the sky is a burnt orange, and leaves on the trees are bright silver.
thnx
>Rose/Unquiet Dead/Aliens of London & World War Three/Dalek/Father's Day/Empty Child & Doctor Dances/Boom Town/Parting of the Ways weren't set on Earth
hmmmmmm
really makes u
thuibnknnkkkkkkkkk
>i always hated how RTD got rid of earth episodes.
>there were basically no earth episodes in s1.
(You)
Don't respond to bait.
What did he mean by this?
rose is the intro episode, doesn't count
unquiet dead was in the alt world
aliens of london was mostly in prime ministers offices
dalek was in the underground
fathers day counts, i'll give you that, good episode.
empty child/doctor dances was in jacks spaceship mostly
boom town on the slitheen planet
parting of the ways was in the future spaceship ABOVE earth
>future spaceship ABOVE earth
nope
HAHAHAHAHHAA JOEDIE WITH A HOT WATER BOTTLE NEW MEME
...
New to this place, honestly surprised for the Eccleston support, I loved him but you don't see much discussion about him online. Rank your favourite seasons! 4>3>1>2>5>9>8>10>6>7
What a pansy she is needing a hot water bottle.
>no costume variants yet
thank god, capaldi had too many, as much as I loved him, made him impossible to market when he had 100000 costumes to choose from.
kys
"Seasons" is used to describe Classic Who, and "Series" for Modern Who. Makes it easier and quicker to convey which era you mean.
"Faggots" is used to describe posters than shit on newcomers. Makes it easier.
prove me wrong
2>4>3>8>9>1>5>10>6>7
fucking Boom Town pretty just takes place outside a cafe in Cardiff
Kino Comfy
same tier with that episode that Tegan dances and features a very crappy robot
But he's not shitting on him.
Parting of the Ways was a space ship in the year 200,100. It really isnt an earth episode. We literally never even see how earth looks on the surface.
I'd say Aliens of London/World War Three definitely count.
good taste, though I'd put 10 higher than that
5>4>8>6>7>1>3>2
>Series 4 and 2 higher than anything
Fuck off RTDfag
>Parting of the Ways was a space ship in the year 200,100. It really isnt an earth episode. We literally never even see how earth looks on the surface.
that is what I said, it was satelite 9
and we never got if it was near of far from Earth
other user maybe was get mixed up from the station from 1x02
Get in the streamo lads
nice
>ep.1: modern day sheffield
>ep.2: american civil rights
>ep.3: desert ruins with aliens
>ep.4: modern day sheffield
>ep.5: witches (16th/17th century?)
>ep.6: unfilmed
>ep.7: unknown, but filmed
Assuming episodes don't get shuffled around too much, this is where we stand right now, right?
Fuck off
1>5>8>9>3>4>10>6>2>7
9>1>8>4>7>6>10>5>3>2
ep 2 hasn't been filmed
Fuck off

Was episodes were block 2 (south africa) supposed to be? I thought it was 2 and 3.
3&4
Thoughts on Partners in Crime?
I love it[/spoilers]
It's shit now fuck off tripcunt
Yeah, I did like 10 but there were no episodes that really stood out to me except the christmas special
One of the weaker Series 4 eps
Fuck off dude. You don't deserve to discuss anything if you think S2 and S4 are better than 5, 9 and 8.
video in the streamio
Like every S4 episode, whatever retarded plot is saved by 10 and Donna being LITERALLY THE GOAT PAIRING
I mean they look at earth from the ship so I'd say it was close.
I didnt really like the special that much but really liked the episodes after the premiere but before Pyramids
S9 is more polarising than universally liked by this fanbase, you arent going to get everyone here loving it unless you're asking for a bigger echo chamber than reddit
...
I can already picture this being in the 2018 /who/ image
No FANNY PACKS spotted today
>S9 is more polarising than universally liked by this fanbase
/who/ isn't part of the fan base and it's literally /who/'s favorite season according to the rankings.
Now shoo shoo newfag go back to rebbit
ƉOCTOR WHꝊ IS DEAD.
...
stupid episode but the Rose reveal at the end is incredibly well done. Class job on the director's part, having a character turn and face the audience without moving the camera at all and just letting what we already know along with the music tell us everything.
Bumbag
>RTD originally wanted the role of the Ood in The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit to be the Slitheen instead
lol one of the few redeeming episodes of Series 2 was so close to being unwatchable
...
I think its main strength is its functionality. It reitroduces Donna, gives her a character arc, introduces Wilf, and all of it is delivered through great comedy. Plot isn't the most original thing (le bossy woman) but it obviously isnt the main priority.
Yea, she suits Ten so well.
tell me if i miss anything:
>episode 1 features a junkyard, a police car chase, and jodie wearing capaldis clothes
>1950s/1960s episode that was filmed in Cape Town, which might be set in South Africa Apartheid, but equally might be standing in for 1960s USA, to show the civil rights movement.
>rumours that the 1960s ep features Rosa Parks, but there was a Rosa Parks thing filming a few streets down from doctor who, so people might have their wires crossed
>abandoned theme park episode with aliens whose silhouette is similar to a sontaran or zygon
>witchhunt episode
>rumours about famine ireland and india episodes also
>jodie wears a bum bag at least once
>jodie has a new screwdriver
would've sucked but still interesting to visualise hordes of rampaging Slitheen controlled by the Devil.
*BRAPS SATANICALLY*
the epoch doctor
Have they ever explained how a bunch of tin cans with lasers were able to start a war with a species that could literally erase them from existence?
>/who/ isnt part of the fanbase
source?
>Boom Town just gets rid of the farts completely

>famine ireland
