Get families involved in marriage, bring back matchmakers, etc. A lot of the problems with marriage stem from it being an institution started by inexperienced, horny people. Another, more modern, problem is that it's made by people that are already at least partly independent, ie that have their own set of ways of doing things, which are difficult to adapt to a family situation, especially in this day of "being yourself" and all.
