well my progressive friend said there's like 60 genders, so films should represent all of them equally. hollywood should have a lottery system where your movie gets written and then your main cast get their race and gender(s) assigned randomly. all people are interchangeable, so it should have no effect on plot and require no rewrites. easy-peasy. simple way to make things fair.
