Purno De Purno is the greatest thing to ever air on television, especially the early episodes from the late 80s (as opposed to the more well known (but still obscure) 2000s episodes.

Character designs are all pretty ugly, but the show breaks from the normal family dynamic into more of a character study. It's not amazing but I'd say it's good enough for you.

I started watching this yesterday after randomly finding it. Not “good”, but certainly obscure and fucking early 90s cartoon comfy.
Also, the second episode is about a long-nosed bloodsucker who comes to town and teaches everyone about lawsuits, which leads to everyone suing each other while the mosquito literally rubs its hands while hoarding their cash and creepily sucking their blood.
