According to most Western law codes, any piece of evidence collected through illegal means cannot be taken in account in the contemplation of jury. Wikileaks has a bad name for hacking (just take a look at Assange's record on the matter) so I don't think that those e-mails, however obvious they might be, could be considered in formal circumstances.
Then again, these circumstances aren't exactly formal; so there's that lol.
I'd say it's 60/40 in favor of Mrs. Clinton.

The Hatch Act when she accepted contributions from foreign governments for her private charity while she was SecState.
I would argue that she wasn't breaking any laws there; It was a private initiative after all.
A government employee can't use their Federal position to advance a private charity they run. The Hatch Act specifically says that they can speak at events without getting paid, but the moment she took contributions she violated it.
201 is going to fall under Comey's lucrative Lockheed/Clinton Foundation compensation.
351 is going to fall under the mysterious circumstances and emails pertaining to the death of Judge Scalia and the refusal to do an autopsy despite being found dead with a pillow over his face.
371 is going to be both the instigation in Libya and, come to think of it, election rigging as well.
I believe that's excusable taking in account she's a public figure with a private life. I'm not very well informed of this, but if she did directly employ her position to forward her private institutions, then that's something to be held accountable for.

Honestly, no. The reopening was only because there was potentially pertinent evidence discovered. There's no proof or reason to believe (yet) that the information will change anything regarding the conclusion of the case.
To be perfectly honest there's a bigger likelihood that Comey will face consequences now than Clinton, since he broke longstanding DoJ policy to make an announcement that honestly gives no new information and only serves to sway opinion against Hillary Clinton. Whether it was his intent or not, it will be ridiculously easy for the Dems to spin it that way.
All things considered, the real reason this action is sending shockwaves through the election is because how bizarre and seemingly senseless it was for Comey to take this course at this time with this little information regarding the new evidence to go on.
nothing yet, FBI is historically and legally tight lipped about evidence. this much material is going to take at least a few weeks to properly investigate. once the investigation concludes Comey will come out and make a statement about whether or not she should be tried.

because 1.) she is running for president and 2.) is very well connected politically. If law enforcement made a mistake and had her arrested and there was no conviction, she could cause problems for them later. So, in essence, she is getting better treatment than a normal person would. Law enforcement would have already arrested someone else who had committed the same acts but wasn't as connected as she. In her case, they have to be sure she is "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" before they would be even will to make an arrest... basically, the same level of guilt that would get someone CONVICTED AFTER A TRIAL is used to determine if she should just be CHARGED AT ALL.
The Clintons are notoriously corrupt and are both lawyers who know the law very well. What they've done for 30yrs is basically skirt right up to the line of what is legal but never go over it and when they do go over it, they've been successful at creating enough reasonable doubt to keep themselves from being convicted. This email thing is highly unethical, corrupt, and the scenario that was INTENDED to be policed/stopped by the law WAS breached by the Clintons but will law enforcement be able to get a slam dunk (where it will have to be proven what Hillary's intent was beyond a reasonable doubt)? ...probably not.
