Yes, Loki is simply an autistic manchild with daddy issues and his reasons are all retarded, there was no reason at all for betraying anyone in the first movie and yet he did.

Also the fact how everybody always forgive him after always fucking 2 worlds for no reason just bring MCU quality down.

Yes even Luthor is better than Loki, the only villain worse than loki in recent capeshit movies was Aldrich Killian.

Honestly if he behaves like the dumbass he was on Thor or Avengers, he will make it very clear from the moment he arrives to DCEU Earth that he wants to enslave humanity, if this happens like it did in Avengers, Superman would punch him in the face so hard he would shit himself 3 times in a row. Also, if we consider the fact that there is no Thanos in DCEU and therefore no Chitauri, he would have to work with more mundane stuff.

If he plays it smart. He would be able to control certain elements of the government and military to antagonize Superman. Maybe even try to use other elements to get access to the Kryptonian ship. In the end, he could possible use the very own american public and government to divert Superman's attention from him (mind controlling him would be really hard and maybe not worth the risk of being punched into the moon). Don't know if he would find Batman worthy of his time or if Bats would even interest him. It's just another weak human to Loki, but I guess if Batman does make the Kryptonite Spear and gas he could be useful.

If there is a Chitauri army involved. Then, well, I guess many heroes like Wondy would force themselves out of retirement to help with the invasion. Superman can face the whole Chitauri fleet and armed forces by himself, but at the cost of massive lose of lives on the ground and after what happened with the Kryptonians, I doubt anyone on the DCEU would want another Battle Of Metropolis as disastrous as that.

Heavy hitters would come out of hiding, including Batman, to face this threat the best way they can. In the face of Loki and the Chiatauri, it is very likely that the relationship between Supes and Bats would be less antagonistic.
