This is during an investigation so this would not come from the DOJ except by leak and could only come from her or her attorneys, and again that is only if she had immunity and we would need to see what the specific conditions were.

Very true, but those are narrow in scope. For example forcing to reveal details of who you dated in High School would not be part of it. That is also only if there was any condition based on verbal communication which there may not have been which would leave her open to exposure anyways. Meaning that if she lied and its documented then that can be followed up on with or without an immunity deal. So the whole immunity deal part would be irrelevant if its documented that she lied through communication.
