Very nice. I already guessed that's what's happening, due to the kurds building a buffer zone between the northern FSA and SAA territory. Also the war of Erdogan on the kurds probably made them desperate for allies and despite Turkey and the FSA, the only viable ones is the SAA. This new alliance could probably change tides massively. Maybe in half a year this shitty war is over. Currently you can choose between: >FSA, which are religious nuts >ISIS, which are even worse >Kurds, which are, well, Kurds >SAA only faction that could bring at least some normality to the region. If Assad looses, the country will end like all the other shitholes down there.

If putin is sharing intel with Turkey does that mean russia is anti kurd?

So how long can we expect the FSA offensive to last before they run out of phases? Less than a week or more?
Interesting to see Elijah call a village near Mosul a city and label parts of the village completely incorrectly. Wouldn't care so much if he didn't have this holier than thou personality, I know he was wrong cuz I had been in those areas like 3 years ago so it was funny from my pov

I think Putin is trying to make a grand alliance between Russia and the Middle East. He already has Lebanon, Iran, Iraq and Syria working together, and he is slowly gaining favor of the Kurds and the Turks.
Kevin James
Are you saying SDF YPG AND PKK is the three tiers of communism..
Juan Russell
SERIOUSLY GUYS, answer to this: which is the most vicious and jewish friendly faction in syria?
jews, europe and the usa will always back and defend the turds who want autonomy and occupy arab lands (don't forget the oil in Hassaka).
do you really think they won't backstab u as they did before (to FSA and SAA) ?
i hate erdogan but this time i really hope he orders his dogs to storm Efrin and kill every PKK shitskin there. (there are reports that he is going to form new FSA groups in Hassaka btw)

It means that this whole syrian thing is clusterfuck. Putin is not pro-kurd or pro-turk, he is pro-russian. Any kind of sandcoons means nothing for us. He arms kurds and send intel data to turks at the same time to ensure them being busy with each other.

Collegefag here, the Wordpress website helped me get a start on researching for a speech I have to do for class. Thanks for all the info ahead of time.
I have questions on Assad's stances. Since he's in the Syrian Baath Party and is an Alawite Muslim, what are his views on Pan-Arabism and does he support a socialist state in Syria? Does he favor nationalism but not ethnocentrism? I know he openly criticized the US and Israel, but does he hold outright hostility toward them like ISIL does?
Colton Perez

Who are fighting ordinary Syrians in militias who are fighting assads dictatorship, Iran, russia, hezbollah and ISIS who are fighting the americans and the iraqis and the militias and the Saudis.

Baathists are "socialist," and there are several social economic programs that his state maintains, such as free bread Baathists are also Arab nationalist and pro-palestinian, and anti-Israel and want to recover the Golan Heights. Historically the Baath party has discriminated against Kurds by refusing to give them over 3 million of them citizenship or rights
Eli Clark

Lol Saudi Arabia an ISIS are evil, you should support moderate Muslims like the Iranians, Hezbollah, an Palestine.

He believes his extended family must rule Syria directly forever and if Syrians don't like that well then he will kill them by any means possible including Iranian troops and creating an uber evil fundamentalist faction called isis to discredit and divide the opposition under advise rom Russia
Joseph Smith
My understanding is that Assad is a nationalist, he looks for what's best for the country while trying to maintain his grip on power.
He is very tolerant towards minorities as long as they respect the rule of law. For example most Christians in Syria support Assad.
Henry James

>Can someone update me with what's going on about the Kurds and SAA/allies?
My understanding is that they have some sort of tense alliance. They are working together to fight against Daesh and the Nusrats. But they don't like each other.
Although the SAA and the Rojava usually don't co-operate a lot, but in Northern Aleppo there has been evidence of the Syrian government actually helping the Kurds.
Dylan Moore
>The Power of Nightmares That is Al Qaeda not ISIS.
ISIS is primarily an Assad/Russia creation.
Lincoln Williams
