this is really a non-issue. behavioral traits for the most part are learned/assigned, and both sexes have historically attributed behaviors that are beneficial to success

A society of masculine women and feminine men is very unlikely to revolt or rebel. Masculine women will bitterly fight to maintain the status quo while feminine men are too weak to fight for change and will give in to external pressures to keep things as they are.

You say that as if cooperation, kindness, and empathy are a bad thing and that all the masculine traits are inherently good.

They aren't. There's a balance. Men may go out and fight the wars and get shit done but they need women there to keep the square from being too sharp around the edges. While logic is extremely important, if your country's culture is hard, apathetic, aggressive, and competitive, it just makes life a living hell for everyone regardless of gender.

What I mean is, you wouldn't want a drill sergeant to be making you breakfast in the morning. Or to be the one you go to for emotional reasons. Or to do pretty much any of the traditionally feminine things/their jobs in society.

Men need to have a little bit of a woman inside of them, and women need to have a little bit of a man inside of them, or else society suffers. In my opinion the ideal man is the one who can play both roles while still being a man, and vice versa for a woman. A man is a true man if he can give you love and empathy and kindness and also make tough but vital decisions. A woman is a woman if she can have a strong leadership role and command the respect of others while still being tender and gentle. A good example for both would be Erwin Smith and Hanji Zoe from Attack on Titan. Maybe Levi as well but he's kind of the "when being both goes wrong" example.

I think the main reason why feminists do this (and really think like in ops pic) is because men never treat women as fully equal in fight situations. If men would do this, womankind would immediately realize their inferiority in physical power.

No. Men work better in teams and women are more divisive. Also men have more empathy toward other men. Women are far more brutal in situation like negotiations and interrogation. Also when women and men are mixed in a group women will divide the men and test them against each other. It's best to use a special force of women as a tactical team when you want to just destroy something. Would be very effective against isis on many levels.
